While the house is professionally cleaned, keep in mind the house is still a lake house nestled amongst nature and wildlife. We are perched on a cliff which means you will encounter uneven terrain, rock and mud if you venture off the patio, deck and steps. Cell service is spotty here on the lake. We have pockets of good reception and we have areas of bad reception. Wifi is reliable.
