Excellent service as usual, check in was a breeze and the front desk staff was amazing. My only complaint on this trip, they had no heat in the lobby (Come on folks, that’s an easy fix) It was freezing trying to have a few drinks at the lobby bar. Overall a great place to stay, fantastic Front Desk staff

The hotel was great. I loved the oceanfront view, especially higher up. Mr. Joe at the front desk was very courteous and most helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was great. Brian who rent out the umbrella and chairs (get there early to rent for the entire day $40) was also very respectful and laid back. The only problem I have is paying for parking at $9.95 per day. It is a hidden cost that if a person is on a tight could run into problems at the end of their stay. Oh, since COVID, you must request housekeeping ahead of time if you want your room cleaned. Overall love my stay and hopefully will return soon.

Stayed there for a soccer tournament in the area. Everything was great. Nice bar & lounge for watching sports. Guest laundry washing & drying machines was a plus! Will stay there for future games in that area!

Overpriced for a loud room and poor breakfast
AC is incredibly loud and cycles every hour waking you up
Water in the bathroom seems to refill on a timer which is also loud.
Breakfast is poor. Tough cold meats and stale breads.

However, the hotel facilities are relatively old, there are not many guests, parking charges, sea view rooms booked, but you can only see the side sea view. Compared to the price of more than 2000 yuan, this hotel is not cost-effective. Not recommended

Maybe because the hurricane is very humid, the floor of the room is always wet and sticky, and the breakfast is very general. Cleaning the famous hotel, but really a bit over-reputed. But as a temporary haven, thank you!

The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is a bit simple, mostly pre-made hamburgers, which are heated in the microwave.
