Situated in Sendai, I had hoped for a scenic and picturesque view of the surrounding area, but instead, I was greeted with a rather uninspiring landscape. The hotel's proximity to attractions and amenities was also quite inconvenient, as it required a fair amount of travel to reach any notable destinations. The staff at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. Their lackadaisical attitude and indifference towards the guests were disappointing, to say the least. Requests for assistance or information were met with apathy, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant. It is evident that the staff lacked the proper training in customer service and hospitality. The accommodations themselves were subpar and in dire need of renovation. My room was outdated, with worn-out furnishings and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. The quality of the meals was average at best, failing to impress even the most casual of diners. The lack of variety and flavor left me disappointed and longing for better culinary experiences. Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the hotel was lacking. The atmosphere was dull and devoid of any character or charm. The common areas felt neglected and poorly maintained, further contributing to the overall sense of dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at the 大江户温泉物語松島温泉壯觀酒店 was far from satisfactory. The lackluster location, indifferent staff, outdated accommodations, underwhelming dining options, and overall lack of care and attention to detail made for an unenjoyable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable experience in Sendai.

The location of the hotel is one step away from the railway station, which is very convenient. The tatami rooms, hot springs, and food are all Japanese, so you can really experience it. The scenery is very beautiful and the cultural landscape is rich.

Dinner is a buffet of 11,000 yen per person including tax. There are also many choices of drinks and wines. The oyster rice and chestnut cake are especially recommended for dinner. The sanitation of the hotel is very good, and the attitude of the service staff is also good. The hotel provides free bus transfers between Songdo Station and Songdo Coast Station. I liked Songdo Coast so much that I decided to stay for one night. On the way to Fukuurashima Red Bridge, I passed by this large hotel. Each terrace faced the sea. I was attracted by it. I searched the platform and found that a single room only cost 600+, so I decisively decided to book a stay. After checking in, I felt like it was a large complex hotel that is common in Japan. The room corridor is very long and luxurious. There is a Japanese restaurant called ”Lele” on the first floor. It is open until 11 or 12 o'clock at night. I saw posters with taro beef hotpot and ********* fresh food. Yuxian and Miyagi local sake, after taking a bath, I heard bursts of laughter when I passed by. There is also my favorite large bathhouse, which is very large and has two open-air baths. There is also a beverage area in the lobby. Apple cider vinegar and plum water are both delicious. There are FamilyMart and 711 not far behind the hotel. The only flaw is that the guy at the front desk didn't feel very enthusiastic.

Our family of five went on a trip to Matsushima, and although the weather wasn't the best due to the time of year, the view from our room was amazing! ️ Above all, the food was amazing! ️ We were given matcha as a welcome drink, and for dinner and breakfast, we had dishes made with local produce, and even the desserts were delicious! ️ It's become a great memory of Matsushima 😊 Thank you very much.
