Excellent apartment. Cleanliness and quality of decor and furniture is second to none. Felt like 5 star. Also quiet and very comfortable. All amenities of kitchen including washing machine. Air conditioning in lounge and bedroom areas. Bathroom and shower very clean. Location is in the new city area which means it's about a 40 min walk away from the medina and old city areas. However it also means it's close to many restaurants and cafes. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Excellent apartment in a great area of ​​Marrakech. It has an elevator, underground parking, and is a safe place to live. The apartment is large, clean, and modern. The linens and towels are crisp white, and there are dishes, a stove, a washing machine, and a good refrigerator. There are many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. All attractions are within walking distance. I definitely recommend it!

There was no cleaning done, the staff was very rude. The ad says airport pick-up and drop-off is included, but that's not true; they left us to our own devices.

Very good apartments! Excellent location: in the best area of ​​Marrakech, from where it is easy to get to everything a traveler might need. Within walking distance there are many cafes, currency exchange, Carrefour store, not far from the medina and the Majorelle Garden. The presence of parking is just +100: no problems where to leave the car. The apartment itself has a spacious bright living room / kitchen and a bedroom with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is excellent: everything works properly and is very convenient. Hakim is a very kind and pleasant person! If we are in Marrakech again, we will definitely stay here!

I liked everything. The furniture, appliances, and the apartment itself are superb. I wish there was a coffee maker. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I recommend it. If I'm ever in Marrakech, I'll definitely stay again.

Но до достопримечательностей придется пройти, сад Мажорель -20 мин., площадь Джемаа -эль-Фна -полчаса. Просторные, и ещё была удивительная аутичная терраса, вид на старые здания, с лежаками и душем, необычно. Есть лифт. Рядом ресторан. Я считаю, что отличный вариант для размещения в Марракеше.
