I even extend my day in this hotel because the host and receptionist is friendly...emir khan is so helpful in helping with luggage..and the owner cengis khan is helpful in providing u guys with all necessary information...save his number..and u guys can ask anything to him..managed to enjoy snow at erciyes mountain (in may - not winter season) based on his guide..tq emir and cengis khan

Location isn’t that good

Complete facilities, clean and tidy, convenient parking, large rooms, and a terrace breakfast restaurant with a great view. You can see many hot air balloons while having breakfast! Great!

Great location, comfortable bed, perfect cleanliness, wonderful breakfast, super helpful service, they changed the breakfast time just because of my flight, you can see the balloons at breakfast, I highly recommend the hotel

Generally speaking, except for the location, which is a bit out of the way, everything else is good. Anyway, we chartered our own cars and there was also airport pick-up and drop-off. I quite like it. The bathroom and room are relatively spacious. My son said it has a Harry Potter style.

Room: The room is very big, the bathroom is also large, and the decoration is made of marble. It is actually more advanced than it looks in the photos, and it is hygienic and tidy. Service: Except for the little guy at the front desk who has some differences in English, the boss’s English is good and all the service staff are very nice. The boss also sent us to eat and buy tickets and book activities. It’s not easy for the guy at the front desk to stick to his post with a smile 24 hours a day. The restaurant even puts Butterfly Lovers does the BGM. Environment: Although the location is a bit out of the way, the boss will use his own car to pick you up if necessary, which is very convenient. It’s so romantic to see balloons filling the sky on the rooftop in the morning, highly recommended.
