Staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean. Pool was nice and warm and very nice to swim in. Only downside was that I got a smoking room despite me asking for non smoking room.

The location is perfect—convenient, central, and close to everything we wanted to explore. Room is great! Special thanks to Abdelrahman, who assisted us during our stay. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the facilities, ensuring that we had everything we needed. His attentiveness truly enhanced our experience, and we're grateful for his support. Nice location and friendly staff. The swimming pool closes at 8pm. If it was open 24hrs it would be more enjoyable.

The hotel location is really good, close to most attractions, easy to get a taxi. All staff there are super helpful, especially Panashe, he is being super helpful and kind. Would stay here and recommend to friends for sure!

The hotel has great facilities. Especially the bar, Heroes is so good... The location is awesome. The concierge and bell team was so helpful. The reception team, especially Kim, was so nice and helpful. She did a great job and upgraded us to a nice suite. We were served a cute amenity in the suite for our honeymoon, and so we really had an unforgettable stay there.

was upgraded from a standard room to a club room for all three nights & i felt really blessed! the room was huge and clean! i do wish the hotel was more updated because it did look a little run down, but can’t complain much! the location was quite convenient as it’s near bus stops and 20 minutes away from the Abu Dhabi Central Bus Interchange, so it was easy getting to & fro to Dubai!
