Staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean. Pool was nice and warm and very nice to swim in. Only downside was that I got a smoking room despite me asking for non smoking room.

The rooms are great, the staff are very friendly and provide quick service. All in all it was an amazing stay, definitely would book again!

Nice location and friendly staff. The swimming pool closes at 8pm. If it was open 24hrs it would be more enjoyable.

The hotel has great facilities. Especially the bar, Heroes is so good... The location is awesome. The concierge and bell team was so helpful. The reception team, especially Kim, was so nice and helpful. She did a great job and upgraded us to a nice suite. We were served a cute amenity in the suite for our honeymoon, and so we really had an unforgettable stay there.

I recently stayed at this Hotel, and it was truly a perfect experience from start to finish! The hotel is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right I highly recommend for anyone looking for an exceptional stay in the heart of the city. I will definitely be returning!

was upgraded from a standard room to a club room for all three nights & i felt really blessed! the room was huge and clean! i do wish the hotel was more updated because it did look a little run down, but can’t complain much! the location was quite convenient as it’s near bus stops and 20 minutes away from the Abu Dhabi Central Bus Interchange, so it was easy getting to & fro to Dubai!

The hotel is a bit old fashioned with old amenities. Breakfast is okay. Nothing great about the hotel. Some of the Indian staff, especially the front desk person named Puneet is a little too rude.

Absolutely shocking that this can call itself 5 Star Hotel. Think more along the lines of "Motel near Greyhound station in the US" or a Hotel in the 70s in the Eastern part of Europe. The outside and the common areas are ok but definitely not 5 Stars and not so inviting. I was told that I received an upgrade and was excited...but then laughed when I saw the "Club Room." Everything was sooo old and worn, with really ancient furniture. Mind you that towels and linnens were new at least. My biggest gripe was that I only needed the hotel during the daytime as I had to go back to the airport before midnight and would ot stay the night. So I asked well in advance if an early check in could be arranged,as I was not staying the night. I am aware that these requests depend on availability but since the hotel is huge with 20 floors, I thought chances are good. I did not even receive a reply. A 5 star hotel and they can not even reply to a message. Sure enough I had to wait 2 hours and was "invited" to hang out in the coffee lounge. Again I assuned that it was a lounge where guests can have refreshments. But no, they wanted me to pay as it was a coffee shop. I mean 5 stars and when somebody arrives all sweaty from the outdoor abu dhabi heat and they wont even offer a refreshing drink? Abzolutely zero hospitality! Mind you the staff was friendly-especially the Indian boys working inside the hotel. But wow. I just came from India and stayed at 2, 3 and 4 Star Hotels and must say the Hospitality is soooo much better in India! I would never stay here again!
