I was born and raised in Manarola and lived here my whole life. My parents created the restaurant Il Porticciolo located on the main street of Manarola in 1972. Now I am the owner of that same restaurant and we have expanded by opening a wine and food bar that offers premiere wine tastings. In addition to the restaurant business, I worked in my family's bed and breakfast business. I recently decided to open my own rooms for rent because I truly enjoy sharing my culture and home with tourists from all corners of the world. I love to travel! I've visited South America, EU countries, USA, Mexico. I speak fluent Italian, English, some Spanish, and a few words in French! I live on the floor below the apartment for rent with my girlfriend Erica. Erica is American and was born in the state of Florida. We met almost five years ago and now she teaches English in La Spezia. Apartment "Marina" is a large house overlooking the sea in Manarola in the Cinque Terre. Recently renovated it has two bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and hairdryer, full kitchen, dining room, and large balcony overlooking the sea. It is only 30 meters walk from the sea and only a few minutes from the train station, so it is the ideal base to visit all the Cinque Terre by boat, by train and on foot, along the wonderful paths of the Park overlooking the sea and the marine protected area .
