4.7/5
Outstanding
JJosi22The accommodation was really nice and beautifully decorated, with a lovely private area on the balcony. The location was perfect – we could reach many places quickly with a rented bike, and renting one nearby was easy. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, making the stay even more enjoyable. There were a few small things, like no soap, only one towel for two people, and the water getting cold quickly, but these were just minor details. Once we mentioned them to the reception, they were quickly resolved.
Overall, it was a great stay, the price was absolutely fair, and I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!
MMario PantowI stayed here for a night. If you’re looking for a hotel with “unique” experiences, this one’s for you! The check-in was smooth, and the bed was decorated with abstract stains – perhaps part of the charm? Luckily, no soap to wash away the memory in the room. When asked, the staff, oh so polite, reassured me that the soap “could be conditioned” – whatever that means! And, the cherry on top: a delightful three-minute delay for a room check, just to make sure I didn’t snag a complimentary pen. I left feeling like a lottery winner who hit the jackpot of mediocrity. Truly a stay to remember! 🎉
MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiMy stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado in the Deluxe Sea View Room was fantastic! The view of the sea from my room was breathtaking, and it added a serene touch to the entire experience. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and courteous. I also appreciated the variety of food options at the restaurant, particularly the local dishes, which were flavorful and fresh. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Manado!
GGuest UserNice to stay here and is coming back again in early December. All the staffs were very friendly and respectful, always showing their big smiles. Location is within walking distance for solo traveller like me. Small money for small room for sure but is tidy & clean, (always provided me with an old towels) bed is comfortable, restaurant setting and breakfast is good (to me), but haven't tried their lunch and dinner yet. Should anybody wanna visit Manado please do not hesitate to consider this place for location, convenience, comfortable and most importantly is safety as a tourist. This is only my personal point of view ok.
JJakeIf you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here.
This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there.
The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba.
To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.
FFiladelEverything is good for us. After 3 times move from one hotel to another hotel, finally we found a nice hotel with a good price. The only thing bothered us was the sound that we could hear from other room. And the the housekeeping forgot to change into the clean mug and glasses in the room.
But the breakfast were nice. Thy provide many varian of food. And the view from our room was also beautiful. We could see the sea and the mountain
JJoe JohnesI recently stayed at Aryaduta Manado and had an overall pleasant experience. The best part of the stay was definitely the room with a seaview—waking up to the stunning view of the ocean and the Manado Tua Island was simply breathtaking. However, I found that the room was a bit old and could benefit from some updates, particularly in the furniture and decor. The breakfast at Aryaduta Manado was fantastic, offering a wide selection of both local and international dishes. Everything was fresh, and it was a great way to start the day. Another plus is the hotel's location, as it is near many shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a welcome drink upon arrival, which made me feel instantly relaxed and welcomed. The hotel has a pool, but unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to try it out during my stay. In summary, Aryaduta Manado offers a great seaview and an amazing breakfast, though the rooms could use some refurbishment. The location is ideal for those looking to explore the city.
