"Although the hotel room is a bit small, the facilities are well-equipped, especially the coffee in the room. In addition to the coffee machine, there are also portable brewing cups that can be taken away, which is very convenient for leisure stay. "Good location for Leeds Castle. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had plenty of options. Unfortunately this hotel is quite dated, with no A/C in the room which was hot and stuffy. The desk in the room was also too small to get work done comfortably. Not great value considering the price."

"A good one night stopover point at motorway services which have fast food outlets. On arriving i was allocated a room which absolutely stank of urine. However, after returning to Reception and explaining I was swiftly and courteously offered another room upgraded by way of apology. The Customer Service by the Reception Staff was excellent and the problem quickly resolved. The hotel room was very quiet and comfortable with secure parking nearby. Great for Business Travellers or one night."
