"A very clean apartment hotel with large and new rooms, brightly decorated colors, and warm and friendly service staff. The breakfast is buffet style, except that there is no vegetable salad like most American hotel buffet breakfasts, everything else is very good."

"My stay at the Hilton Tru West Madison was fantastic! The hotel was incredibly clean and tidy, with a modern yet vibrant décor that was refreshing. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience very smooth. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were excellent. I especially loved the lobby's common area, which offered plenty of recreational options, such as a pool table and games—a fun place to relax or work. The complimentary breakfast selection was extensive and of good quality. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, making it easy to go shopping or explore the surrounding area. Overall, this is a great hotel that exceeded my expectations and offers excellent value for money. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in this area and would highly recommend it to others!"

"The room cost more than 1900 yuan, and there were obvious green marks on the bedsheets, but I couldn't tell what they were. The worst thing was that the floor of the room was uneven, and the carpet was probably laid directly on the cement surface. It was a bit dizzy to walk on the flat surface of the room. The floor had a slope, and there were several slopes in a small room, which made people feel a bit dizzy. There were no slippers or toothbrushes in the room. If there are other options, it is recommended not to choose this hotel. There were also very few meals for breakfast."

The air conditioning rattles to the point you can’t sleep, the toilet is broken and making noises, and as a Hilton gold member I was given a room that I wouldn’t book for my worst enemy. A view of a wooden wall, near the elevator. Do not stay here !!!"
