Tt96ntownThe hotel is located in the west of Madison City, Wisconsin, 5 minutes from a large shopping mall and very close to the high-speed entrance. The hotel parking space is spacious and free. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the environment is comfortable. The lobby on the first floor is connected to the restaurant and lounge area, which is very homely. The front desk service is also very warm, and problems are solved in time. Have the opportunity to choose to stay again.

BBuellEverything was great with the hotel staff location first night was awesome second night was not so pleasant very rude guest that was on the same floor made it very uncomfortable plus she had the biggest dog ever could not control it and was very mean dog I got stuck on the steps with her coming up and the dog wanted to come after me so I had to go up a few more steps and wait for her to go by she had her music on her phone so loud and took her forever and I was not about to move off them steps until they were out of my view mentioned a little bit to the front desk when checked out but they did not seem to care too much about it but I'm pretty sure they knew who I was talking about

GGuest UserRoom needs to be cleaned, we found sunglasses and other items under bed, toilet was dirty under the rim. We saw mold in the bathroom also. The number of outlets in the room is not enough at all or close to where is needed.

GGuest UserRoom was clean, comfortable and remodeled. The hall and other areas were dated and had weird smell. Easy to see from the highway but a little harder to get to. Easy check in and out.
