Affordable hotel with friendly staff

Clean and comfortable rooms. Super breakfast including: two different types of waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage or potatoes, muffins, assorted, fruit, bagels, French toast, yogurt, oatmeal, with toppings,Jell-O, coffee, tea and my granddaughter’s favorite whip topping! Amazing breakfast staff. Super friendly and does a great job at keeping everything warm and full.

room carpet had a good worn spot on it, clean enough, wasnt told about breafast hours or wifi password at check in- had to go back & ask for kids, no meat option @ breafast- very basic to get going. pool has huge hot tube.

Price gauging and couldn’t move reservation. Same room 2 different weekends, $120 difference. I get that hotels can do this but the biggest problem I had is I was standing in front of them on a Friday night at almost 10pm before I realized I booked the wrong date. I was more than willing to pay the $120 difference and they had a room available, but said I would have to pay the full $175 for the room that night which was available and would still lose the full amount on the next weekend.why not just let me move my reservation which is still a week out, I would pay the difference.

Room was very clean. Beds comfy. They didnt come clean the room. Stayed 5 days and had to hunt them down in the hallway to get towels and toilet paper. Overall a decent stay

The property was not the worst I have ever stayed it. It was pretty close. The halls where dirty. The staff at the front desk where very inattentive.

The toilet didn't flush, so my husband had to fix it. Didn't call maintenance, because it took him like 5 minutes. Our remote to the tv worked intermittently & breakfast was mediocre. Hoping my stay at the Baymont in Minneapolis in a few weeks is a much better experience!
