The video did show a cleaning lady coming up to check on things, but the front desk hadn't given me any response. I had no idea what happened. I called the front desk three times, but no one answered. Now they say it's a problem with the hotel's landline and there's no record of the call; the time stamp shows a call received at 2:30 AM. Furthermore, when I inquired about the room next door, I learned that only one woman had registered, and she checked out at 7:30 AM, so the man who rang my doorbell hadn't checked in. I've made it clear that I have no demands, just a reasonable explanation, but that's how the hotel describes the situation.
