QQingtiandemaomiMy stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

YYelanwotingfengchuiyu07Upon entering the room, the first thing that catches the eye is the impeccable environment; every corner is spotless, and everything is neatly arranged. The room is fully equipped, and the view from the window is of lush greenery. My stay was excellent, especially the warm and welcoming service from the butlers, Xiao Xie and Xiao Hu, at the front desk. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at Luhu Lake again!

GGuest UserIts quite far from the town. We booked normal room but got upgraded for free, what a courtesy. Really enjoyed my stay here and my baby enjoyed showering in the bath tub a lot. There was a “xiaodu” smart device but it speaks only chinese. Its okay. Overall, good stay!

GGuest UserThe staff is very nice, the room is big enough, the decoration style is also very good, the elevator is bright and cool, the breakfast on the top floor is delicious, free afternoon tea is provided, and the environment is good. It is not far from anywhere and it is not noisy. There is a city view outside the room. There is also a weekly gift of candy. If there is a child, a separate children's toothbrush is also provided. If I have the opportunity to come next time, I will choose this place again.

GGuest UserHad an amazing experience with this hotel room. It was very high quality, very clean, and very big. I was even able to enjoy a spa in the bathroom. The living room and dining room were very large.
The price of the presidential suite was also not bad at all. The staff were very friendly and helped me out whenever I asked. The free breakfast was quite a nice touch. The location was close to all the major sections of the city I wanted to visit

The front desk lady is warmly received, the service is professional, the check-in is fast, and the problems encountered during the stay are also responsive; the room is clean and tidy, spacious and bright, and the facilities are well-equipped; The free breakfast is delicious and varied, and the free parking lot is at the door, which is very convenient!

FFelix CyclonautThe room is very clean and well-furnished. Everything is as shown in the pictures. The woman at the reception is very friendly and helpful and even provided us with a secure place for our bicycles.
Unfortunately, the room is very noisy. We could hear the neighbors through the wall and the windows are so thin that you can hear the street traffic very clearly.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, just across from BBK, and easily accessible by taxi to Shuijinggou and MixC.
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area, a small shop, was welcoming and friendly, offering everything from white cakes to sauerkraut noodles.
I especially want to commend the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. When I asked about the laundry room, she offered to help me take it there. When I returned that evening, she had dried and folded our clothes neatly in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture.
