Hygienic: The sanitation is still very careful, the room is very tidy and very clean.
Environment: The decoration style is also very distinctive, the room layout is reasonable, the room is very quiet, and the stay is very comfortable.
Service: The staff service attitude is very good, especially the front desk is very warm. Responsive.

GGuest UserThe warm service was a welcome surprise from the moment I entered! Five stars are a must! The room facilities and environment were excellent, very new, and even had a smart toilet. It was also very clean, with disinfectant wipes provided in the bathroom. The breakfast selection was plentiful and the taste was fantastic! My trip to Luzhou for the Ziyu Music Festival was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Thumbs up for Luzhou! 👍 There was a free shuttle bus after landing, music festival souvenirs, and the hotel didn't raise prices. The people of Luzhou were also incredibly welcoming!

QQingtiandemaomiMy stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

YYelanwotingfengchuiyu07Upon entering the room, the first thing that catches the eye is the impeccable environment; every corner is spotless, and everything is neatly arranged. The room is fully equipped, and the view from the window is of lush greenery. My stay was excellent, especially the warm and welcoming service from the butlers, Xiao Xie and Xiao Hu, at the front desk. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at Luhu Lake again!

The room has good lighting, good view, cleanliness and cleanliness, free minibar drinks, air purifiers and smart curtains are all available. The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

GGuest UserJiucheng Hotel is first-class in the local area. It is built in a garden, with enough parking spaces and good staff. The breakfast is almost rich, the room and the whole hotel are very clean, and the decoration is stylish and beautiful. It has its own large restaurant, and the food and beverage are all good, which is convenient for guests, otherwise they may have to walk a long way to eat. There is no good restaurant in a small street outside the main entrance, and there are many cotton shops outside the back door, and no restaurant. The hotel could have done better: the boiler room could be moved to the ”Lulu” area to avoid noise affecting multiple rooms. Due to the building itself, there are several rooms between the state of having windows and no windows. In these cases, the room price should be reduced to a certain extent and the guests should be informed online or in person to avoid all kinds of unpleasantness caused by it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, just across from BBK, and easily accessible by taxi to Shuijinggou and MixC.
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area, a small shop, was welcoming and friendly, offering everything from white cakes to sauerkraut noodles.
I especially want to commend the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. When I asked about the laundry room, she offered to help me take it there. When I returned that evening, she had dried and folded our clothes neatly in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture.
