"Facilities: Beyond expectations. Each room is named after a place in Switzerland, and the decor varies accordingly. The room was spacious with many windows, offering views of the train station, the bustling market, and snow-capped mountains in the distance. The corner space was very cozy, and the toilet and bathroom were large. Cleanliness: Very clean, with no overlooked spots. There was also a beautiful orchid in the room. Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally gentle and friendly. They proactively and thoughtfully explained how to access water and where to drink it. The mini-bar was free, and upon check-in, we were even given extra bottled mineral water in glass bottles. Environment: The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the train station, so no worries about carrying heavy luggage. All major city attractions are within walking distance, and the surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant."

They treated them like family. Perfect location in the city. I could not have asked for a better experience for my children. "The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies! The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms! The room service person was also very kind!"

Rooms are dated but clean and it’s large for Swiss standards. Did not have breakfast as I booked the suite with kitchen. In short it’s a good choice for a night’s stay easy in and out of Lucerne. Chapel bridge and town town is 5-10 mins easy walk from the hotel."

"10mins walk from Luzern train station, quite close and easy to find!! The room is tidy and clean with usb and type-c plugs provided(great!!) However, the water will leak when having shower, i think the host should add plastic tape for leakage prevention, the towel for placing on the floor could not absorb the leakage , so frustrated! Also, the water was not hot and warm enough. Very cold The staff was nice and responsive from email of providing help"
