The hotel locates alongside lake where is amazing view to enjoy in the morning. You can spend a whole day sitting alongside lake. Although the hotels does not locates in the city center but 15mins by bus which is bus station opposites hotel.

Friendliest people we met in switzerland! Helped us to find parking lot and give tips to move around. Lobby has apple for guests, room size is big for a city hotel. Next to train station. Only down side is noisy from the street

Very beautiful hotel with the most wonderful view of the Lake Lucerne. Paid to get upgraded to a junior suite in the hotel and did not regret at all. The view was stunning, also the hotel provides a pair of binoculars which can be used to view the mountains too!

Location – 9/10 The hotel is in a prime location, right by Lake Lucerne and just a 5-minute walk from Lucerne Train Station. It’s within walking distance of major attractions like the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke), the Old Town, and the Culture and Convention Center (KKL Luzern). The area is modern and convenient, though if you’re looking for a more historic, traditional Swiss setting, you might prefer something in the Old Town. Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Hotel location is unbeatable as it is right opposite the train station. Supermarket and restaurants all within 100m. The old town is also 5mins away. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast is acceptable.

A very, very good hotel! Right by Lake Lucern, it only takes five or six minutes to walk to the cruise ship terminal and the train station. The scenery is unbeatable, with Mount Rigi on the left and Mount Pilatus on the right, the beautiful Lake Lucern in the middle, and the snow-capped mountains behind. The service was courteous and friendly, and sparkling wine was given upon check-in, and it was cooled in an ice bucket in advance, which was very considerate. The bed was very comfortable, and in addition to the regular buffet, there were also hot meals made to order for breakfast, and the freshly made omelets were delicious!

Excellent location. The top hotel in Lucerne. The hotel is right by the lake. The scenery is picturesque. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. The service attitude is very good. A few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.
