"The room isn't very large, but it's tidy and clean. The service staff are very friendly, and there's a front desk agent who speaks Chinese. The breakfast selection is extensive and quite good. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, making dining very convenient. It's also very close to the airport, about a 20-minute taxi ride."

"Used this hotel for a business trip. Excellent value for money. The facilities are new and very clean. I could even watch NHK World. It's directly connected to the adjacent mall, so finding food was never an issue. The gym is also clean and easy to use. Compared to hotels in central Jakarta, which often have older facilities and higher prices, this place offers a much more stress-free stay."

"I loved this hotel! Booked it because I was attending a concert at the Kasablanka Hall, which was only about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was amazing! I ordered room service a couple of times, and the food was really good. I loved the spicy& sour grilled beef ribs! The pool was also nice, and they have a wellness room which I only saw after I checked out, unfortunately"

"Where do I begin! First of all we were upgraded from Large Garden to Gigantic Garden for three nights stay. The room comes with a vinyl player - definitely not something you see in other hotels! Staff are really amazing and helped you out at every opportunity. Every inch of the hotel is unique. Right smack inside Ashta mall - location is definitely on point. We stayed for a concert and the location is walkable to IstoraSenayan too (around 20-25 mins walk). Would be hard for me to choose elsewhere to stay next time I am in Jakarta!"

"This is my second stay here, and it's still an excellent hotel. The washing machine and appliances are all high-end Japanese brands. Breakfast offers a variety of freshly prepared local, Western, and Japanese options, along with several kinds of fruit and freshly squeezed juices. There's even ice cream! The hotel is conveniently located near several large shopping malls, including Lotte, and is close to the embassy district, including the Chinese embassy. Compared to established five-star hotels like Sheraton, Four Seasons, or Xiang Ge Li La, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. The swimming pool is 1.3 meters deep at its deepest point and provides floats for kids to play with. The hotel's podium building houses two Japanese restaurants, one Italian restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and a small supermarket."
