"Used this hotel for a business trip. Excellent value for money. The facilities are new and very clean. I could even watch NHK World. It's directly connected to the adjacent mall, so finding food was never an issue. The gym is also clean and easy to use. Compared to hotels in central Jakarta, which often have older facilities and higher prices, this place offers a much more stress-free stay."

"Good hotel for a business stay, but not quite 5-star level Overall, I had a good stay at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. The location is very convenient, especially for business meetings near Kota Kasablanka / Casablanca offices. The hotel has a solid, classic atmosphere, but it also feels a bit outdated and could benefit from renovation. The main weakness is attention to detail. There was no hairdryer or bathrobes in the room, and only one pair of slippers for two guests. After requesting a hairdryer, it took about an hour to arrive. The tea/coffee setup in the room was also not very convenient, with no proper cups for hot drinks. Breakfast was acceptable, but mostly focused on local and Asian guests. For European guests, the choice felt quite limited, although the coffee service was good. In general, this is a good hotel with a convenient location, but in terms of service and details it feels more like a strong 4-star hotel rather than a true 5-star experience."

"Where do I begin! First of all we were upgraded from Large Garden to Gigantic Garden for three nights stay. The room comes with a vinyl player - definitely not something you see in other hotels! Staff are really amazing and helped you out at every opportunity. Every inch of the hotel is unique. Right smack inside Ashta mall - location is definitely on point. We stayed for a concert and the location is walkable to IstoraSenayan too (around 20-25 mins walk). Would be hard for me to choose elsewhere to stay next time I am in Jakarta!"

"This hotel offers the prestige of a luxury hotel, from check-in to dining and cleanliness – it truly enhances the experience of visiting Jakarta. 👍 There's also a small convenience store behind it. We stayed in a three-bedroom unit. The main bedroom's bathroom had an unpleasant mildew smell from the pipes at night, which didn't resolve until the third day. That was the only minor drawback."

"Beautiful apartment hotel with a gorgeous pool and spa. Several lovely restaurants in the indoor complex. It is near government buying so easy to walk around while it is off the main streets. The staff is impeccable. You can cook meals or go out. Loved the Japanese restaurant on ground floor. Ate there 3 nights. It's lovely, and reasonably priced. Whenever we go to Jakarta for more than 1 night, we will stay there."
