Luxury Hotels in Prague

"If you're in an unfamiliar city and don't know where to stay for the most convenient sightseeing, or are worried about the safety risks, the best option is to stay at the Four Seasons. Having already experienced the Four Seasons' unique location and attentive service during my stay in Singapore, the Four Seasons in Prague was even more surprising. The location is perfect, right on the Vvar River, with a picturesque, fairytale world just outside the window. It's a two-minute walk to Charles Bridge and a five-minute walk to Prague Square. The National Library and museums are diagonally across from the hotel, and there are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. Directly across from the hotel is a renowned Hungarian restaurant with a long line out the door every day. I ate there twice and it was absolutely delicious. Staying here, I crossed Charles Bridge countless times a day and went to Prague Square for drinks and to watch the astronomical clock chime countless times. The hotel itself is even more impeccable. From the moment the doorman took my luggage, I felt like I'd returned home, enveloped in a thick, soft layer of comfort, and felt a sense of security. The room was spacious, the furniture and furnishings were exquisite, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the capsule coffee was delicious, and the water was always replenished. Every morning after my morning stroll, I'd return to my room for a rest, and then head out again in the evening. The hotel's nightly service was exceptional. The room was immaculately cleaned, and there was a different Prague postcard by my pillow every night. The bed was laid out with a mat and slippers on it, and even the books I'd read had a hotel bookmark. The hotel's gym was open 24 hours a day. While the equipment wasn't as comprehensive as at the Four Seasons in Singapore, it was more than enough to allow me to work out different body parts every day. After experiencing the comfort and safety of Four Seasons, I've come to realize that if a city has Four Seasons, I really don't want to stay in another hotel. The service is always reliable, and the in-room amenities are also reliable and dependable. The Four Seasons provides a sense of security when traveling."

"The hotel located near tourist attractions in Prague. Staff as so friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and luxurious. Spa and facilities are not to the level of Mandarin Oriental expectations. The room TV is small and far from the bed. Room temperature was a little cold and no heater at the room, air conditioning though didn’t do enough to warm up the room."

"spacious room, stones throw away from the prague main station, and walking distance from the old town center. can’t ask more for first time trip to prague . loved the view from my room, too. overlooking small park area in front of the train station, the room had nice view and plenty of sunshine coming in from the window. at the breakfast, there’s a la carte menu as well as buffet selections. you get both! which i liked a lot. staff helps with ordering at the table from a la carte menu and coffee. the breads were fresh and still had warmth to them at 7 am (the start time for the breakfast). the room has everything i needed. daily bottle of complimentary water was greatly appreciated. tap water tasted fine, so there was no worry about running out of water to drink. if i would ever come back to prague, i’d book this hotel again."

"This hotel has that classic 'old money' vibe, much like the Grand Budapest Hotel with its symmetrical architecture. It's massive, feels like hundreds of rooms. The downside is the 'square with an open center' layout, which meant our room was incredibly far from the elevator – it felt like a five-minute walk just to get there from our door. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the omelets were particularly good. The person in charge at the breakfast entrance seemed to be training an intern. When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk. I explained we were very short on time, and he handled it expertly in front of the intern. He had the intern seat us in a spot that wouldn't obstruct other guests – that was really good. However, the hotel slippers were terrible; they were so flimsy they tore after just one day. They felt incredibly cheap and completely out of line with the Hilton brand. Overall, the hotel feels very solid and reliable, with excellent basic amenities. It's grand and a good choice for a trip."

"I booked a one-bedroom suite for three days. I think I was given a room at the end of the hallway, near the elevator, because the size was much smaller than I expected. There was also a strong smell of renovation in the room. The water pressure in the shower was very unstable, fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. The location is great, though, making it convenient to walk everywhere. It would be a good choice to stay here if the price is right, but I stayed during peak season when it was at its most expensive. The hotel breakfast was quite plentiful."

"Very satisfied with the room, facilities are new and complete. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the breakfast was excellent, especially the soft and fragrant croissants. We were supposed to get two breakfasts for two nights, but the front desk told us we had four, which we really appreciated! 😊"

"5th stay and still impresses every time! This is already my fifth time staying at Grandior Hotel Prague and I keep coming back for a reason. The location is great, the rooms are always spotless and comfortable, and the beds are exactly what you need after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast is excellent – plenty of choice and everything fresh. The staff are friendly, professional and always happy to help. It truly feels like a reliable home base whenever I visit Prague. Will definitely be back for my sixth stay!"

"The breakfast is so nice that we kept eating and missed our ride, lol. But it's a pity as we only stayed for 1 night. The exterior may looks aged but the interior is refurbished to modern design. One thing to note, there is a flight of stairs on the level we stayed in, so carrying the luggage is really tough."

"We stayed at the hotel from March 7 to March 9 and overall had a pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient and the view from the hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and the staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of options. We also really enjoyed the Executive Lounge – it was a perfect place to relax and there was always a good selection of drinks and snacks available. Cons: There were a few issues in the room. The shower plumbing was broken and didn’t properly hold the shower head. The shower was also not fully covered, so water splashed onto the bathroom floor. There were no electrical sockets near the bed, which was inconvenient. The curtains had stains and the windows needed cleaning, which unfortunately made it harder to fully enjoy the view. Additionally, my mother and I stayed during her birthday on March 8. When making the reservation, I left a note asking for a small symbolic gesture since I had seen in previous reviews that the hotel sometimes does this for guests. Unfortunately, nothing was prepared, which was a bit disappointing."
