"Nice hotel, with kettle, microwave and small hob and kitchen. Room was spacious and clean. Didn't use the microwave or cooking facilities as there was nothing to use to wash up! Tea, coffee and biscuits were nice. Shower was lovely as well as the toiletries. Bad points; bed was lumpy, and self check-in was problematic, as the booking reference required for the machine was not provided in the booking confirmation."

"Hermitage hotel review TL;DR: Good location. Fair price. Good: - Very good location, convenient and quiet. 50 meters from the river. Tram 15 minutes to old town. Plenty of groceries and decent restaurants. - Clean, well-lit room. - Room has kettle and fridge. - Plug locations are convenient. Potential improvements: - Soundproofing. Heavier footsteps from upstairs can be heard. Earplugs suffice to block them. - Room details. Too many mirrors, one facing the toilet seat. Unnecessary door to wardrobe. Door of safe hangs ajar if not locked, and can hit legs quite painfully. - Blackout curtain is 25 cm from the windows, so no blackout. - Air conditioner only has a knob to control temperature, without any numbers marked."

"First off, Factory Suites was in a pretty good location, close to the center. It was about an 18-minute walk to the bus terminal and 30 minutes to the city center. Even though we arrived early, they allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. The room also had a refrigerator. When we asked the staff for slippers, they didn't refuse, but I think slippers should be standard, not something you have to ask for. Overall, I was happy with the room's cleanliness, but unfortunately, when I unfolded a stacked towel, I found a clump of hair. The staff really needs to be more careful about this. Other than that, there are convenience stores open late around the hotel. Aside from the hair incident, I didn't encounter any other issues."

"5th stay and still impresses every time! This is already my fifth time staying at Grandior Hotel Prague and I keep coming back for a reason. The location is great, the rooms are always spotless and comfortable, and the beds are exactly what you need after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast is excellent – plenty of choice and everything fresh. The staff are friendly, professional and always happy to help. It truly feels like a reliable home base whenever I visit Prague. Will definitely be back for my sixth stay!"

"Lovely, quiet, clean room in hotel which is a half hour walk of 5-10 min tram to city centre. Breakfast was very nice and there was a good variety of food. Staff were attentive and kind.  Only thing that we thought was slightly strange is that we had two single duvets laid down on the bed horizontally? We just moved them vertical and had a single duvet each, but for a double bed we thought it was a little strange. (The double bed was 2 singles pushed together but didn’t bother us) Overall we had a good stay for a very reasonable price and would recommend."

"Pros: The room was very spacious, the heating was good, and the breakfast was delicious (I noticed fried eggs were available around 7 AM, otherwise it was scrambled eggs). Cons: It's about an 8-10 minute walk from the station, which is a bit of a distance. Also, the room lighting was quite dim overall; as soon as I got back to the hotel, I just wanted to sleep. *The hotel no longer offers a washing machine or laundry service, but there's a self-service laundromat about a 5-minute walk away, which was quite convenient."

"The location is great, with several tram stops nearby and easy access to the hotel from the main train station (Praha hl.n.). There are many affordable and delicious restaurants in the area – the food here is significantly cheaper than in the Old Town. Unfortunately, there's no air conditioning, so it can get very warm in the room on hot summer days. However, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was good and adequate. Overall, it offers very good value for money!"

"Mixed feelings during this stay: Pro: - Great location if you travel by train, just footsteps from central station and old town - The entrance and lobby are beautiful - Frontdesk acts really good an efficient on problems during the stay, was wonderful! Cons during stay: - The first room had problem with airco, room temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. We got instant another room so was managed very quickly. - The shower wall was leaking so when showering the bathroom floor was completely wet - Cleaning was “so/so”, bathroom floor was never cleaned and second day forgot towels and toilet paper. Towels had stripes and holes in it. - Bread at breakfast had bake off breadrolls which they did not proper bake-off so the are white and very dry. If you are a bread lover I recommend not to add breakfast and dine at the lovely bakeries. So mixed feelings with the stay. Had a quite comfortable stay but for the price we paid we had to many difficulties."
