"Our family of three stayed here and were extremely satisfied with the facilities, environment, and service. The family-friendly amenities were well thought out, and even after three days and two nights without leaving the hotel, we still felt like we hadn't experienced everything. The biggest surprise was our butler, Xiao Chen. She was incredibly meticulous, from sending itinerary reminders before check-in to promptly responding to all our needs during our stay. We truly felt at home. When she learned it was for a birthday celebration, she thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake, which delighted the child and warmed the adults' hearts."

"The environment was very tranquil; the hotel was small but beautiful, and on sunny weekends, it felt like a secluded paradise. The bathtub in the room was very comfortable, and all kinds of services were readily available. A WeChat message to the butler was usually answered immediately, which was very thoughtful. We checked out late at 2 PM on the weekend and played mahjong in our room, reminiscent of the ancient Chinese leisurely enjoying tea and scenery – a truly peaceful and pleasant experience. However, there is one area for improvement: First, I suggest replacing the mountain bikes with regular bicycles to make it easier for guests to use. When we visited, the mountain bikes involved issues with gear adjustments, which I personally felt was a bit dangerous for those who hadn't ridden them before. One bike seemed to be broken, so we couldn't use it. Also, the scenery in early spring may not be as vibrant as in summer, but it brings a sense of peace and hope. However, this may not be to everyone's taste; the photos are for reference only."

From the beginning of booking, to check-in, dining, leisure and check-out, a professional team provides meticulous service in every step. The receptionist at the front desk has a smile and patiently answers every question. I'll invite my friends to come again if I have the chance!"

"For the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, we chose Hantian Yangxin Valley. To sum up our stay, the overall environment was tranquil and elegant, and the private villas offered excellent privacy. The views of the mountains, forests, and lake within the resort were outstanding. The wellness programs, like standing meditation and tea ceremonies, were quite unique and definitely worth experiencing for those seeking peace and relaxation. The butler service was very responsive, and the room was spotless. I particularly loved the sandalwood incense provided in the room, which smelled wonderful. The meals included with the stay were also impressive, with fresh ingredients and a delightfully light flavor. There are many walking paths within the resort, making it a pleasant and comfortable place to stroll around when the weather is good."

"The hotel is very new and elegantly furnished. Due to low season, our room was upgraded. Location wise, the hotel was 1 km away from a Yaohan mall with a big supermarket and lots of food options. Breakfast selection in the revolving restaurant was good and we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel staff 小陆 was exceptional in her service and attentiveness. We are impressed with the hospitality shown to us."

"Pretty good. The hotel is large, and the breakfast buffet offers a great variety. The resort area is well-established with plenty of activities and entertainment. It's definitely worth a second visit! Our butler, Tiffany, was incredibly warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The only issues were the crowded parking and the limited number of shuttle buses, which caused some queues."

"The welcome fruit was a nice touch. All the hotel staff were very friendly. Our butler, Lisa, gave us some great tips for exploring, and we really appreciated her thoughtful care. The location is excellent, right in the town center, so it was easy to pop back and rest when we got tired from walking around. There's a dedicated hotel shuttle service. I used it once, departing from the hotel, and had to wait a bit in line. The duvet felt like a winter one? I set the A/C to 22 degrees, but it still got a bit warm in the middle of the night. I didn't feel comfortable asking the front desk for a thinner blanket (and wasn't sure if they even had one). Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the complimentary photography voucher because our itinerary was too packed, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, I'd still give it a high rating and would recommend it."

"This was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back."

"Decided to visit Yixing spontaneously while the weather was still pleasant. Stayed for two nights, and the front desk upgraded our room to a beautiful one with a wide-open lake view. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but it was enough to fill up. Wanda Plaza is right next door, and they even have a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) with no lines! Yixing Museum is just a short walk across the street and was open even on a Monday. It's a bit far from the Bamboo Sea, but hey, Cha Yan Yue Se is right next door, and it's close to the high-speed rail station. Yixing is a great place to visit, with lots of tourist attractions like Pottery Factory No. 2, Gu Nan Street, and the grottoes. Plus, there's no traffic congestion, and the hotel was quite affordable. All in all, a good experience."

The hardware is high-end, featuring private hot spring rooms with excellent privacy. Toiletries, bedding, and smart devices are all of high quality. Local amenities are comprehensive, with a full range of dining options, purple clay pottery workshops, and nearby attractions, making it a one-stop destination for a complete holiday experience."
