I was really looking forward to this trip. Spring Mountain in Sight received rave reviews online, and given the price, I was surprised that aside from the view and tea room, the service and facilities didn't meet my expectations. Let's start with the minor flaws. The Simmons mattress in the room wasn't up to par with a typical five-star hotel. It was incredibly hard, causing me to toss and turn until 2 a.m. before falling asleep, and then wake up at 6 or 7 a.m. I didn't get a good night's rest. 😭 This hasn't happened at any other hotels. I'm not picky about beds and can sleep well in any standard B&B. Secondly, the hotel's service was inadequate. Not only was the water cup left at the door discarded by the maid, who treated it as trash, but I had to ask the housekeeper before she replied that it was gone. 😢 The staff I encountered rarely smiled, and some even looked at me with a strange expression, as if I was begging them. The only positive points were the garden view and the tea room, which had a very Japanese style. The food at Shangyuan Restaurant was decent, and they even gave me a complimentary birthday cake. Finally, I would like to thank the store manager for the bayberry wine. However, to be honest, there are still some areas that need improvement that I would like to point out. I also hope that Chunshan Zaiwang can do better and that the service and facilities are worthy of such a beautiful scenery.

The space of the spring house hidden in the mountains of Yixing is a treasure homestay that has exceeded expectations in recent years. The overall integration of Japanese and new Chinese decorations is a preference at a glance. The design of the Guanyun tatami twin room I stayed in this time was particularly intimate: the entrance was equipped with a double sink, which was very suitable for family travel; the bathroom was scattered with the rest area, the curtain was separated, the space partition was reasonable, and the privacy was full. The housekeeper took the initiative to connect with the group on the day of placing the order, carefully checked the number of occupants, equipped the corresponding toiletries in advance, and the service was warm and heart-warming. I arrived at the homestay late on Friday night, and the housekeeper was still waiting to answer. I helped settle the luggage before leaving with confidence. I was full of security. The next day, the breakfast materials are real, and the small wontons are freshly fragrant and delicious. The whole homestay is surrounded by bamboo sea, and the steps are all scene-taking places. The photos are very popular. The store also offers a free travel experience. From hardware design to soft service, it is really worth going to the special trip and recommending repeatedly.

The room is quite large, and the side cover has a view from both sides. It uses a Dyson hair dryer with many plug configurations, dry and wet separation, and the hanging area is also very spacious. The courtyard is decorated in a Chinese-style courtyard style. The butler will contact you in advance before checking in. There are shuttle buses to take you to the scenic spots, which is very convenient (you can go climbing in the Dongpo Pavilion next to it). The attitudes of the front desk and butler service staff are very good. , our children were given motion sickness stickers because they were afraid of motion sickness. The back door of the hotel is Yada Town. It is very convenient to eat and drink. There are many check-in points. There are many performances during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I like it. The breakfast area will be perfect if it is upgraded. Will go again if I have the chance

This homestay is located about one or two kilometers away from Zhanggongdong Scenic Area, and the location is very good. It is the season of bayberry and apricots, so there are farmers stalls around. Because we booked a temporary one, we didn't book a 1.8m double room, but the boss helped us upgrade the tatami bed room for free. The next day we got up late, and the boss also helped us keep the breakfast warm. When we left the store, we also sent us the bayberry sauce, because the next night we drank the hot bayberry sauce, and it felt delicious. The homestay is the kind of antique building, and the wooden structure of the stairs will be slightly narrower. The hall enters a patio with natural lighting, with a sense of atmosphere in the south of the Yangtze River and the feeling of tide. Although I stayed for one night, I felt relaxed at home.

The two of us elderly folks took a road trip to Yaohu Town and stayed at this hotel. We were beyond satisfied! The facilities were complete and the hygiene was spotless. The overall environment was upscale and very impressive. Transportation is extremely convenient, and the complimentary shuttle bus takes you to the scenic spot in just a few minutes with no time restrictions. The breakfast was also rich and varied. In particular, the front desk staff were extremely warm and welcoming, giving us a detailed introduction to the attractions, how to play, and things to note. They even added us on WeChat! From the attraction guides to the customer service, we were simply thrilled. The hotel also included free tickets to Yaohu Town, and more. The hotel staff provided exceptionally good and warm service. Before check-in, I was worried that my parents might disturb each other in a twin room (my father has asthma and night coughs), so the hotel butler kindly added an extra bed in the living room, perfectly addressing my retired father's preference for sleeping alone. Knowing it was my birthday, the hotel and restaurants decorated the entire place, and the hotel even gave me a cake! A wonderful surprise! The hotel restaurant service was also top-notch. Thank you to the lovely ladies at the Italian restaurant for bringing a special cake for my dog ​​with kidney problems – so thoughtful! The breakfast staff even brought the food to my table – the service was truly amazing! Throughout my stay, the butler service was prompt. There were three minor drawbacks: 1. Upon check-in, I noticed a beeping sound in the room. The maintenance staff arrived immediately and explained that the sound was from a device used to detect occupancy because there was no card for power. The sound couldn't be fixed. However, the sound disappeared after turning off all the bedroom lights at night. 2. The hotel lacks some small activities; most are expensive, such as paddleboarding. Given the hotel's somewhat remote location, I suggest adding more recreational activities. 3. The hotel still charges 100 yuan per hour for fishing even when guests bring their own fishing gear. I've seen other guests' reviews mentioning this; given the accommodation standard at this price point, shouldn't the fee be more flexible? The hotel has its own underground parking lot and a wedding banquet hall on the first floor. The hotel is soundproofed and had a good night's sleep in Yixing. The hotel has its own design and decoration style. There are four-star quality but some small shortcomings, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated, and there is a separate bathtub. But there is no wardrobe, there are hanging hangers instead, and the room layout is still a bit compact. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, the category is completely enough to eat, and the taste is good. I don't know why the hotel corridor and room have a milk smell 😂 haha

The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

Got downgraded and the downgrade was justified as an ”upgrade” ,I suggest the property clearly states that they do not accept black people on their property to avoid such interactions! . I booked a room on the 4th floor but the lady at the reception gave me a room on the second floor. I went downstairs again to confirm she gave me the wrong room providing pictures of the room I booked but she kept insisting that there are no such rooms on the property, she insisted they do not exist on the property and rooms on the 4th floor don't look nice. I insisted she put me on the 4th floor like my booking. All to find out she was lying. The rooms were much nicer! Spacious and with a beautiful view. I don't understand such behavior. Very disappointed!

The original Kaifumen Hotel has been renovated. Due to the newly renovated hotel in the city, the facilities are relatively late and the safety factor is also high (you need to swipe your card to go upstairs, and the food delivery is also done by a robot). The room is all intelligently controlled by Tmall Elf, and the cleaning is also relatively good. Just outside the door is Dingshan Ceramic City, which is the first choice for guests who like purple clay pots.
