The hotel is very new and elegantly furnished. Due to low season, our room was upgraded. Location wise, the hotel was 1 km away from a Yaohan mall with a big supermarket and lots of food options. Breakfast selection in the revolving restaurant was good and we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel staff 小陆 was exceptional in her service and attentiveness. We are impressed with the hospitality shown to us.

Because we had children, we were given a free upgrade to suites for both rooms. The hotel was exceptional in every way, including free breakfast and a hot spring bath. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the front desk lady, Ms. Shen, who even gave us a small gift before leaving. There's a river trekking area not far from the hotel entrance, so afterward, we could return to the hotel and continue our trip with the kids to the hot springs, swim, and more. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious and reasonably priced. A perfect choice for summer water activities with kids.

I booked a garden-view room but was upgraded to a premium lake-view room. The lake and mountains were breathtaking from the window. The breakfast selection was rich every morning, and we enjoyed the hot springs in the afternoon. There were over a dozen pools, some with additives and some with plain water, plus a hot stone bed and a steam room. After soaking in various pools, a session in the steam room was incredibly relaxing. Our butler, Sister Xiaowei, reminded us daily to keep our room stocked with drinks, fruit, and dry towels, and even suggested daily sightseeing routes. The entire stay was incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home.

Decided to squeeze in a trip before New Year's Day and chose the Yixing Bamboo Sea Suiyuan Valley Hot Spring Hotel. The private hot spring on the balcony is a nice touch, though it was quite cold in the dead of winter, and the tub size is really only suitable for one person! The Bamboo Sea Hot Spring next door was also quite comfortable for a soak. The room itself was very spacious and clean. We even got complimentary snacks and fruit upon check-in, and the staff always greeted us with a smile whenever we entered or left the hotel.

The room was spacious. I arrived quite late, so it wasn't until the morning that I realized it was a lake view room. The high vantage point offered an incredibly open and expansive view. Breakfast is served on the top floor, and it's absolutely a must to go on a good weather day so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while dining by the window. The only drawback of the room was a strong sewer smell from the toilet, but thankfully, closing the glass door helped contain it.

Located in the center of Yixing, opposite is the Chengnan River, which connects to a scenic spot. The view is good on the 20th floor, and the bridge is lit at night. You can also walk, which is very good. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet. The family room is suitable for two families. The room is super large and has a small living room. The only drawback is that there is only one bathroom and two toilets. The hotel is close to Shunan Street, and it takes half an hour to drive to other scenic spots. Parking is free. You have to go to breakfast early, otherwise the ingredients will be eaten up. The hotel customer service staff are relatively warm and friendly, and they will solve any problems as soon as possible. I went to Yixing with my family on weekends. I found the hotel by accident. The hotel is located in the foothills of Nanyue Mountain in Yixing. The air is fresh and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is suitable for relaxing on weekends and short vacations. The hotel is a moderate drive from Shanghai, convenient for self-driving travel, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The parent-child facilities are rich, the children's playground, billiards, chess and card room, adults and children have a great time, the experience is very good, and I will stay next time.
