Breakfast selection in the revolving restaurant was good and we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel staff 小陆 was exceptional in her service and attentiveness. We are impressed with the hospitality shown to us."

"Had an excellent stay here for my business trip. The service was thoughtful and impeccable, the room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was super comfortable. The internet was stable, perfect for both work and rest. The hygiene details were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was convenient for getting around, and the staff were all gentle and polite. Overall, it felt upscale and comfortable. I highly recommend it for business travelers and will definitely stay here again next time!"

"The hotel offers the standard fares of the InterContinental brand, and prices are cheaper if booked on the day of arrival. It's relatively close to the city center. About 10 minutes from the train station. 20 minutes from Tao'erchang, Shushan, and Gu'nan Street. Further afield, it might take over half an hour. Taxis are readily available and quite convenient. The breakfast selection is too limited; there aren't even fried eggs."

Both the housekeeping and restaurant staff were very welcoming. The New Year's Eve buffet dinner on the 60th floor was superb; we called in advance, and they reserved a great table for us."

"Staying at the Hyatt Centric Yixing Xishan again! Last summer, I brought my family for a four-day, three-night stay and we had a wonderful impression. This time, for my child's birthday, they specifically asked to come back for a few more days! We booked two Spring Stream Yangxian suites again, the same room type as last time. I really like the layout of these rooms. Both are on the second floor with a connecting door in the middle, so the entire second floor becomes our private space for the two rooms, which is fantastic! Even though it's on the second floor, staff helped with luggage during both check-in and check-out. The breakfast quality was still excellent. While the variety isn't super extensive, it's sufficient and fresh. Now, about the hotel's location: if you want great views and to be away from the hustle and bustle, it's naturally going to be a bit further from the scenic spots. Personally, I don't think the hotel is particularly close to all attractions, but it's definitely not far either. It's a maximum 20-minute drive to Yaohu Town, which really isn't a long drive at all! This time we stayed an extra day, for five days and four nights, and the whole family was still very satisfied! A big thank you to Wald and Maria for their understanding and warm, thoughtful service! My child even said they want to come back next year!"

"The ¥300+ double room with two breakfasts, bathtub, and swimming pool felt like a great deal. Everyone was very welcoming, check-in was smooth and quick, and they even gave the kids a small gift. We were especially grateful to Uncle Tan at the door, who helped us carry our luggage to the room and then helped us put it in the car when we left. Our trip to Yixing went very smoothly; we had a great time shopping and a comfortable stay. The only downside was the ¥48 breakfast for the kids, which was a little pricey, but the breakfast environment was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The wontons were very tasty and delicious."

This was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back.

Escape the city and the hustle and bustle; it's perfect for recharging and rejuvenating. Springtime would be even better; the green bamboo and tea gardens outside the hotel are ideal for strolling and cycling, but it's too hot for outdoor activities in summer. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the room amenities are of high quality. The bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet and I had a great rest, and the butler service was excellent. The breakfast selection isn't as extensive as other hotels, but it's perfectly adequate. It's small but exquisite, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The waiters and chefs are particularly attentive and considerate, catering to the needs and preferences of every guest—a quality that surpasses other luxury wilderness hotels.

Fantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable. The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home. The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property. The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard. What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort.

Because we arrived late, the owner waited for us the whole time; he was incredibly welcoming. The guesthouse is in the Hui-style architecture, and stepping inside felt like staying in the traditional mansion of a large family. The overall environment was very quiet and relaxing, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. At night, you could hear the chirping of insects and birds; after living in the city for so long, this kind of atmosphere, something I could only experience in my childhood, was truly precious. In the morning, you can get up early and leisurely take a walk to soak in the slow pace of life.

The hotel is huge and impressive, with many young and enthusiastic staff. The room is spacious and excellent in every aspect! There are plenty of shuttle buses, and many tickets were provided, which made the kids incredibly happy! I must highly praise the hotel's outdoor swimming pool! We visited on a weekend in early September, and backstroking while looking at the blue sky and white clouds was simply amazing! The water temperature was perfect, not too cold nor too hot, and the kids absolutely loved it! You can also use the pool for free even after checking out! The weather was a bit hot during our two-day stay, but the clouds were incredibly beautiful and stunning!

I came to Yixing with friends for a weekend. I have brushed it on other platforms. Many people recommend this homestay. The style is very Japanese. It is the type we like. The result is really beautiful, the environment is very good, very quiet and comfortable, like a paradise, it is suitable for staying in the city for a long time, and it is necessary to slow down in a quiet atmosphere and relax. After booking, you will call in advance and pull the group to ask for the arrival time. Take a taxi to this homestay. When you get off the bus, there is a young lady who helps to pick up the luggage. Their home is a cafe + homestay. There are many seats in the store. Every corner is very beautiful. The homestay has four rooms. We have a twin room. It is very clean and Japanese-style tatami is very comfortable. It is very intimate. There are disposable bath towels and towels. A small suggestion can be put in a full-length mirror in the room to facilitate the guests to adjust their wear before going out The cafe and the outside environment are very suitable for taking pictures with friends. We also sent an afternoon tea package. We chose two drinks and a cake. The taste was very good. There was free healing in the evening. The time of the proprietress personally gave us the experience was about 30-40 minutes. The first time I tried it was very relaxing. After the end, I saw the beautiful sunset. It was really beautiful. The free breakfast on the second day was also the reception lady and we confirmed the time in advance. The taste was very good and very rich. The hotel has its own underground parking lot and a wedding banquet hall on the first floor. The hotel is soundproofed and had a good night's sleep in Yixing. The hotel has its own design and decoration style. There are four-star quality but some small shortcomings, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated, and there is a separate bathtub. But there is no wardrobe, there are hanging hangers instead, and the room layout is still a bit compact. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, the category is completely enough to eat, and the taste is good. I don't know why the hotel corridor and room have a milk smell 😂 haha

The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

Got downgraded and the downgrade was justified as an ”upgrade” ,I suggest the property clearly states that they do not accept black people on their property to avoid such interactions! . I booked a room on the 4th floor but the lady at the reception gave me a room on the second floor. I went downstairs again to confirm she gave me the wrong room providing pictures of the room I booked but she kept insisting that there are no such rooms on the property, she insisted they do not exist on the property and rooms on the 4th floor don't look nice. I insisted she put me on the 4th floor like my booking. All to find out she was lying. The rooms were much nicer! Spacious and with a beautiful view. I don't understand such behavior. Very disappointed!

Due to the newly renovated hotel in the city, the facilities are relatively late and the safety factor is also high (you need to swipe your card to go upstairs, and the food delivery is also done by a robot).
