"An amazing stay! I'm giving a huge shout-out to Anna and the hotel! Choosing this hotel for this trip was such a wise decision. From booking to check-out, I felt incredibly cared for; words can't express my satisfaction! First and foremost, I must commend Anna at the front desk. She's beautiful, kind, generous, and incredibly welcoming. When I arrived at the hotel, I was a bit tired with my luggage, and she immediately greeted me with a smile, offering me warm tea, instantly relieving my travel fatigue. Check-in was quick and efficient, completing all the procedures in just a few minutes. She patiently explained the hotel's facilities, nearby transportation, and dining recommendations, all in a clear and detailed manner. Anna also patiently guided us through the ticketing process, making us feel like family even while traveling. She even proactively offered sightseeing plans. Her gentle attitude and excellent problem-solving skills throughout were truly impressive. Such professional and thoughtful service is truly admirable! The hotel room was an even bigger surprise. It was much more spacious than I expected, with a well-designed layout that didn't feel cramped. There was ample space for luggage and plenty of room to move around. The room's decor is simple yet elegant, with ample natural light; every time I open the window, I'm greeted by a pleasant view. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the mattress is just the right firmness, ensuring I sleep exceptionally well every night. The room is spotless, with no corner overlooked. The bathroom features a separate shower and toilet, a reliable and ample hot water supply, and all toiletries are provided—quality evident in every detail. The dining options are a definite plus. The hotel restaurant offers a dazzling array of choices. Breakfast includes a variety of Chinese and Western cuisine, from Chinese porridge, pastries, and freshly cooked noodles to Western bread, salads, and coffee, along with fresh seasonal fruits and juices—dozens of options to satisfy diverse tastes. The ingredients are all exceptionally fresh, and the flavors are authentic and delicious, making both breakfast and dinner satisfying and enjoyable. The restaurant environment is clean and elegant, and the staff are friendly, promptly replenishing food and clearing tables, providing an excellent dining experience. What I appreciated most was the incredibly convenient check-in. The hotel boasts a prime location with easy access to transportation and excellent surrounding amenities. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient, with no long waits. The hotel's facilities were very convenient to use, with a smart control system, high-speed and stable Wi-Fi, and ample charging ports, all providing great convenience for my trip. This stay was absolutely perfect. Anna's excellent service, the spacious and comfortable rooms, the delicious and varied dining options, and the streamlined check-in process all exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended the hotel to my friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in this city!"

"The rooms are nicely decorated n feels very welcoming , although there was a aircon water leaked late night 10ish , the staff changed our rooms for us swiftly . The staff /personal butlers are all pleasant ,approachable n welcoming . They made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast is a healthy set of noodles , corn, sweet potato, fruits , tea coffee which was comforting , they provide free bbq which is good to cook outside n enjoy alfresco . Recommend"

"The hotel room is very large, the bed is clean and tidy, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, there are many types of breakfast, basically meeting various needs, and there is a large underground parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving travel. Miss He and Miss Mo at the front desk provided warm and thoughtful service, and also upgraded the room. I give a big thumbs up and will stay here again when I come to Libo in the future!"

Major attractions, such as the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge, are only a 10-minute walk away, and scenic sightseeing buses are easily accessible. Guests staying within the scenic area can avoid the crowds and enjoy the tranquil scenery in the morning or evening. The hotel offers a full shuttle service, including pick-up from the scenic area entrance or parking lot to the hotel, and after the tour, transfers to the parking lot or designated destination. Driver Wei was friendly and helpful, proactively helping with luggage and explaining the scenic area's highlights. The hotel restaurant offers delicious food, generous portions, and reasonable prices. The complimentary voucher allows guests to enjoy a delicious dinner at a low cost. The breakfast is also plentiful, and He Longting's warm and attentive service makes for a truly welcoming experience."

"I often travel on business, and I thought I booked a budget hotel, but who knew I booked such a special hotel. The hotel service is impeccable, whether it is the front desk or the lobby, the work is done very well. They helped to carry the luggage to the room, and after arriving in the room, they turned on the air conditioner in advance, and then sent a fruit plate, which is really thoughtful. The room is cleaned very clean, and there is a balcony to enjoy the night view, which is definitely much better than ordinary budget hotels."

"Last time my friend went to Xiaoqikong to play. Come back and recommend it. So it's set. Sure enough, it's very unexpected, no wonder friends push it, maybe the weather problem, the surrounding area is quite deserted. But it does not affect our play. The facilities of this hotel are very good and suitable for taking pictures. If it is summer, the scenery may be more beautiful. All aspects are good and the service is very good. "This B&B is great👍👨👩👦👦 The housekeeper contacted us in advance and knew that we were going by high-speed rail. He also arranged for a master to pick us up at the high-speed rail station. The master called us before we arrived at Libo Station that day, which made us feel at ease. 👍👍👨👩👦👦 We are a family of four, and a twin room is enough. The two beds in the room are 2*2 meters, and the tatami is very popular with my sons🥰🥰🥰. I felt that I came to the right place at the first sight of the B&B. The greening is very well done. There is a garden at the entrance and another garden at the back. The hydrangeas are so beautiful. I had lunch at the B&B at noon. I made an appointment for Yaoshan chicken hotpot one day in advance. It was very delicious. Don’t worry if the children can’t eat spicy food. I also had stir-fried Jiarong beef, which was not bad. 😄 During our stay at the store, we always troubled the housekeepers when we needed something, but they always met our needs quickly without any impatience. "This hotel is on my favorites list, because it is quite physically demanding to visit the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area in Libo, so it is important to have a good rest. Fortunately, I booked it on the way back to the city. The hotel is right by the Zhangjiang River, near the traffic police team, and quite close to the Libo Ancient Town and the food street. The hotel facilities and sanitary environment are needless to say! I must especially praise the beautiful sister named Pan at the front desk. She was thoughtful, warm and friendly, and left a deep impression on us. Libo is fun and delicious. I will come again next time and stay at Tiantai 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻"

"Summary: This was the most satisfying guesthouse during my five-day trip to Guiyang! I would definitely choose it again if I had the chance to come back! It was exactly as pictured, exceeding my expectations! A full 5-star review! I would recommend it to friends traveling with me. Room: Clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. Complete toiletries were provided, including children's slippers, disposable razors, a Laifen hairdryer, Toto bathroom fixtures, strong water pressure for a comfortable shower, smart home features, and comfortable bedding. Environment: The guesthouse is converted from several villas, beautifully designed, and photogenic. Those with photography buddies will love it. There's an indoor pool where the kids had a great time. The children's play area was under renovation, so we didn't get to use it. The washing machine, dryer, and gym are on the basement level. Breakfast was excellent—clean, refreshing, and with a full range of desserts and cakes, meeting the standards of a high-end hotel. There was complimentary afternoon tea and coffee; the kids finished all the mango pomelo sago. Service: We arrived at the guesthouse at 1 AM, and the receptionist immediately smiled and proactively came to help with our luggage when he saw our car parked at the door. Throughout our stay, he was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. Because of the excellent experience, we stayed another night and upgraded from a family room to a twin room, still highly recommended. Since we had a young child, we opted for a relaxed itinerary in Libo: a good night's sleep at the hotel, lunch in town, a swim and nap in the afternoon, afternoon tea, and then a trip to Xiaoqikong at 4 pm, perfectly avoiding the crowds. They even gave us a tie-dyed shawl when we left. This guesthouse is highly recommended for families traveling by car! Cleanliness: Excellent! Every place was spotless, and we saw staff cleaning and wiping the windows daily. Suggestions: 1. Consider adding charging stations. 2. It would be even better if the guesthouse offered lunch and dinner. 3. A Xiaoqikong travel guide with recommended routes and restaurants would be perfect."
