"I am very grateful for the store's sincere service, which allows tourists who travel out to have a comfortable, safe and quiet living experience just like returning home. 👍👍👍 Thoughtful service: 1-Super proactive and enthusiastic help in picking up luggage and going to the front desk to complete the check-in process. 2- Since the room rate was determined during the peak period, when we arrived at the hotel, the store arranged to refund the deposit and re-accommodate us at a non-peak price, saving us nearly 80 yuan. This is really beyond my expectation, a very sincere store. 3-The store owner was very welcoming and took us to the room and arranged live TV for us because we didn't know how to use digital TV. 4-The store owner took the initiative to help us check the bus to Miao Village and sent us to the bus station to take the bus, which saved us the trouble of the journey. Thank you store owner! Inn room environment: 1-A complete set of Adolf shampoo, hair care and bath products, excellent! 2- Clean and tidy bedding and towels. 3-After use, the daily cleaning is done very cleanly and thoroughly. "5-star recommendation. Exceptionally clean and tidy, with beautiful and elegant decor, from the exterior to the interior, every detail is meticulously designed by a professional designer. The location is fantastic, a three- to five-minute walk from Xiaoqikong (Seven Arches), right next to the archway, right in the heart of town, with convenient parking. The service was attentive, the breakfast was delicious, and it felt like home. And since it's a local-run B&B, they're incredibly knowledgeable about the area, saving you time and effort. We drove here, but next time we'll try to take the high-speed rail and enjoy the owner's airport pick-up service. (I'm not posting photos of the room; I've messed up the layout.)"
