"I checked in with the fantasy of seeing the stars in Yiduyun. Unfortunately, it was foggy that night and I couldn't see any. The hygiene is OK, but the soundproofing is not that good. It is much better after changing the room. Good location with a view. The young man from Henan who was in charge of the pick-up deserves a thumbs up, it was very hard work but he was very enthusiastic and helpful. The TV cannot cast the screen and there is no Internet TV. The zipper wasn't working so I asked the front desk for a candle but it didn't work, which was a little disappointing."

The GL8 was large and comfortable. The location was okay, though it wasn't directly on the main street. I was fine walking around on the first day, but after climbing San Diequan on the second day, my legs were sore I barely had the strength to walk. We booked a tatami room. Upon check-in, the dealer, seeing that there were three of us, told us the bed was 1.2 meters long and couldn't accommodate an extra futon. We didn't plan to add one, and we shared the bed with our child. The mattress was thick and comfortable, and the room was brightly lit. The room was on the fourth floor, with an elevator. The window overlooked the building, and the curtains were always drawn, preventing a view. Of course, the window was covered, as stated in the booking. The soundproofing was poor. The room was very clean, but if someone used the water in the shower, it would affect the water level. We stayed two nights and checked out early at 8:00 a.m. to head down the mountain. The hotel drove us to the bus stop at Xiaotianchi Station, about a 10-minute walk. It's important to note that although it's called a hotel, it's not a guesthouse; it's a B&B. Many hotels on Lushan Mountain are like this, so if you're bothered by this, it's better to book a chain hotel. After all, the service at a real hotel is different. We liked hotels with self-service laundry facilities because it was so hot and we were soaking wet after a day out, so we wanted to wash our clothes. It didn't matter to us since we were heading back home after checking out. Overall, we were very satisfied."

The room itself was an even greater delight. The bedding was perfectly balanced in softness and firmness, feeling like sleeping on a cloud. Listening to the gentle mountain breeze at night, I slept incredibly deeply. Waking up, I used the thermal mug to brew some of the hotel's Yunwu tea. With each sip, the fragrant tea, coupled with its warmth, made even the morning light filtering through the window feel softer. This meticulous attention to detail truly weaves comfort into every aspect of the experience."

Breakfast is not a buffet, there are buns spring rolls, steamed buns, mustard, porridge noodles, one room, it is strongly recommended to equipped with a microwave, many people write reviews saying that breakfast is too cold, it is true! The parking lot is not too big, but there are basically parking spaces. The location is quiet and convenient, not far from the pedestrian street. When heading out to explore the attractions, there are regular shuttle buses every hour or half-hour from the scenic area's designated stops, which is incredibly convenient, reassuring, and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel boasts stunning sunset views. You can take a short walk down to Baiyun Valley for a closer look or simply enjoy them from the hotel's fish pond. The room was clean, and the bedding was dry and comfortable. A particularly thoughtful touch was the daily provision of foot bath tubs and hot water, perfect for soaking tired feet after a long day of sightseeing and relieving fatigue. They also offered complimentary milk, snacks, and fruit beverages. While individual room amenities, such as the smart toilet, were quite good, I believe there's room for improvement in the overall comfort and practicality of the hardware. For instance, the marble shelf in the shower, intended for toiletries, was concave in the middle. This meant the hotel's small bottles of toiletries and my own had to be propped against the edge or laid flat. The smart toilet, though high-tech, was a bit startling at times; it would automatically open and close its lid when the room card was inserted or when I approached to use the trash bin. 😜 On the third day of our stay, we returned to the room in the evening to find no complimentary drinking water and had to request it from a staff member. Additionally, the foot bath water in the thermos was scalding hot, despite the cap indicating 'comfortable water temperature.' Thankfully, I'm usually cautious and tested the water first, preventing a burn. I suggest more attention to these minor details for improvement."
