"I brought my grandmother, my mother, and my son for a short vacation, and I must say that without choosing this hotel, our trip might not have been so memorable. My grandmother is a wheelchair user, and I was truly surprised to find the hotel to be almost 99% wheelchair accessible.
All the hotel staff were extremely helpful, always assisting us with pushing my grandmother. We nearly missed the chance to enjoy the beautiful seaside near the hotel, but thanks to the kind assistance of the staff, they helped us bring my grandmother there. We deeply appreciated their thoughtfulness and support. I will definitely back to Double Tree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort !"

"Cannot remember how many times we have repeat this hotel when going to Lumut. Location is strategic..breakfast got so many choices and delicious..view from our room also great..staff are also polite ang friendly..surely will repeat if we manage to come here again."

"I had to cancel suddenly due to a change in my plans.
So I didn't stay overnight.
However, the hotel staff contacted me immediately after making the reservation and gave me detailed information such as tourist information, which was very helpful.
This is a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind."

Basic hotel for one night stay before heading to our next destination, confy bed, reasonably priced.
Suggestion: (1) The room can have more lights (2) shower heater can be more powerful

PPEICHANThe hotel room is very small, at first we get a double bed room without windows. The air conditioner was not functioning. When we told the receptionist, she change a double bed room with windows for me. Very disappointed as the air conditioner is functioning but not cold. Luckily we can open the windows to get some natural wind. This is the only downside. The breakfast only has nasi lemak and bread. It is acceptable as the room price is cheap. Anyway, the location of the hotel is really good, walking distance to Jetty, Lumut waterfront, KFC , restaurants and all the snack shops.

GGuest UserThe yard outside the house is a bit messy, not swept and there is a lot of trash. Inside the house, it is a bit clean. The air cooler makes a loud noise because it has been installed for a long time. The TV does not work from the moment I enter until I leave. The room is clean, but the towels provided are dusty and itchy after use.
