Hotel was nice with clean room & with well maintained hygiene. best thing of staying at central hotel was that it is situated in main market which is very helpful in many ways. staff were very cooperative & polite. breakfast, lunch & dinner service was also available at this hotel however I didn't eat that's why I couldn't share taste. only I would suggest to those people who is reviewing is if you are going to stay in lucknow for couple of days then you should try a day at CENTRAL HOTEL, LUCKNOW.

Hotel Infrastructure is too old. TV not working. Essential belongings like dental kit, Soap, Hair oil etc. not provided by staff. Response of Staff is very late.
Food quality is good but providing less stuff in food like Salad, Vegetables etc.

PPANCHALLocated at a walking distance from MG Road metro , it is one of the best hotel in medium budget . They offer luxurious room with all the amenities .staff was quite helpful and polite . SSujay MehdudiaGolden Tulip Hotel Lucknow has pathetic service and housekeeping. Their inhouse restaurant Branches has a very poor servicing staff and it clearly reflects that there is no regular training or orientation practise as they clearly lack the professional touch of the hospitality industry. The managers in black coats are nothing but watchers with no touch of service or courtesy. The air conditioning of rooms is fixed by the management and you cannot change it. The warm water temperature for bathing is also fixed by the management. Golden Tulip is a good brand but the Lucknow experience needs a quality and professional inspection or upgrade. Would not recommend it in its current state.

GGuest UserThe location is great, closer to popular food joints and metro station. The rooms are very nice, spacious, the breakfast spread was fantastic. The staff at reception should be more welcoming, they were so busy in themself that they didn’t say even hello. They just did the paper work and provided the key. This was a big turnoff. They should carry a smile and should make the guests feel welcome always.

They have a big underground parking area. We loved this hotel very much and will definitely visit again and again during our future lucknow visit.
