"The transportation of this hotel is extremely inconvenient. You cannot use Uber after checking in. You must ask Bellman to call a taxi when going out for fun, which costs at least half as much as Uber. The hotel is located in a remote area, about an hour's drive from the airport. The overall facilities are relatively simple. In addition to the swimming pool, there are only a few activities to participate in. The attitude of the service staff is not bad, and the hotel environment is clean, but there are almost construction sites around. The "sea view room" we stayed in on the first night actually had a large construction site outside the window, and only a small corner could see the sea, which seriously affected our mood. After coordinating with the front desk for an hour, I was told that there was no room to change on the first night, and I could only try to arrange a room that could not see the construction site on the second night."

"We had a wonderful spring break stay at Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos and genuinely have very little we could criticize. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience felt polished, relaxed, and incredibly well thought out for families. The pools were fantastic, and our kids loved the kids club. We especially appreciated how many activities were available throughout the resort. There was always something to do without the property ever feeling overly busy or like we needed to constantly plan our days. Even the adults had fun options—we took an art class during our stay, which was such a nice and unexpected addition. The food was consistently excellent across the resort, and the spa was wonderful as well. Service throughout our stay was warm and attentive, and everything just felt easy. What we loved most was how well the resort balances being genuinely luxurious with being comfortable for families. We could relax and enjoy a beautiful Four Seasons property while the kids were equally happy and entertained. It was one of those vacations where we left struggling to think of anything we would have changed. We would happily return and would absolutely recommend it for families looking for a beautiful, relaxing resort with plenty to do. One of the biggest surprises was the ability to see Humpback whales literally every day from the hotel!"

"We have changed 3 rooms in 3 nights due to different problems in the room, but big shout out to manager Clara, she managed the solution very well with good manner. 1st night: cockroaches in the room & hair dryer keep dropping on the floor 2nd night: next to ice machine, the ice machine was broken and kept beeping whole night long 3rd night: the room is perfect finally! Overall : parties in the resort is a blast! & very good location to view los cabos, the food is slightly above average. The only problem is the quality of the room, is a bit old, there is a lot of improvement in that"
