No bugs , very clean , not a small room , reasonable price in cabos , friendly staff (who speak English well)
Has balcony with view, fridge is working well , breakfast included , has small cleaned kitchen(I didn't use though since I stayed only 1 night ) , welcome cookie , 2 water for free.
I liked everything that hotel offered .
Needed to walk a bit from center but I liked it because I could see local store , beautiful flowers.
I didn't even checked out yet but I am writing this review since I satisfied.
If I come back to cabos , I will definitely choose this hotel again

GGuest UserOur stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and in good condition, the room was very clean and tidy with a sea view! The breakfast was very varied and fresh, we really liked it!

GGuest UserReally lovely hotel. Pay for a room and get a full apartment. Perfect for families with kids. Comes with little kitchenette. Close to a beach. All apartments come with view of the Arc. Sunrise and sunset views are amazing from your balcony. Pools are lovely. Nice quiet area. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Would suggest renting a car to get around the area.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel perhaps six or seven times. I like the location it is close to the city (2 blocks ) it is close to the beach (2.5) blocks. Close to some tasty restaurants. Very big pool and free laundry. Free breakfast was tasty!! Also free use of washer and dryer. Hotel restaurant is also tasty. Dont forget to ask for your free maragraita coupon per person upon check in, I will return to this hotel happily!

It is with a group of high-end hotels, but the price is much higher than other hotels, and of course the room and hotel facilities are not comparable. As an old hotel, the hardware facilities are much worse, but it is spacious everywhere, with a private beach, and the experience is not much worse than the next door, and the price is less than a quarter of the next door.
It can be all-inclusive or not, and the price of meals is also reasonable (average US$20 per meal)
It is a good choice for families who are not for Internet celebrity check-ins or have exquisite life requirements.

GGuest UserEverything and everyone was great. From check in with Lilianas beautiful smile, to Dante, Jose and Rosalinas assistance when needed.
Close to 2 great supermarkets, a Oxxo , a Starbucks, and even a McDonald's.
There was a coffee machine, blender, toaster, fridge and dinnerware in the very clean room with balcony.
Also very close to the (very cheap) bus stop to Chileno Beach and Cabo San Lucas.
I would definitely return.
Don't miss Art Walk on Thursday night in the town center (take Uber).

The rooms needs some attention in maintenance issues. Front desk have troubles with my reservation, I reserved a ocean view room and they give me a parking lot view, too tired to complaint and move rooms. Everything else it was good, staff super friendly and kind.

NNyanjaIt's a little far from the center. It takes about 30 minutes by car. However, there are no entertainment districts around, so you can spend a quiet time. Check-in is possible even before the check-in time if there is space. In that respect, I was saved because I arrived early.

AAnonymous UserThe staff were particularly helpful and super friendly at all times, so that made up for okay amenities (the pool was a bit cold at night and harder to go for a quick swim but we managed). We did love the beds, they were incredibly comfy and the room we got was quiet so we were able to have a restful sleep. The breakfast was okay but I would have loved some veggies that they apparently had at some point, yet never brought back out again. The coffee was pretty solid though, so that was a plus. Lastly, the location was gold-walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and places to book tours. Overall, it fulfilled its purpose for our two-night stay :).
