"Everything and everyone was great. From check in with Lilianas beautiful smile, to Dante, Jose and Rosalinas assistance when needed. Close to 2 great supermarkets, a Oxxo , a Starbucks, and even a McDonald's. There was a coffee machine, blender, toaster, fridge and dinnerware in the very clean room with balcony. Also very close to the (very cheap) bus stop to Chileno Beach and Cabo San Lucas. I would definitely return. Don't miss Art Walk on Thursday night in the town center (take Uber)."

"A bit far from the beach, few sea view rooms, not all-inclusive hotel, only breakfast, very average, not recommended, after all, come here to sunbathe and enjoy the beach, if it is a business activity, it is still recommended, very clean, quiet! There are windows in the corridor where you can see the sea"

"Hampton inn was advertising the hotel like it had a swimming pool but guess what the pool is under reinnovation so there was no pool for my Christmas holiday. Had I known this in advance I would have booked another hotel. The hotel was okay and a good value for the money with the pool but without a pool it's just a hotel in the middle of nowhere without any amenities. I couldn't even really tell I was by the beach because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view. There was no way to really look at the ocean because of course there was no pool and breakfast was monotonous the same thing every single day no variance no difference and basically know meat I would say it was a very substandard breakfast and unappetizing and not really hot. Only canned juices and no decaffeinated coffee. I would not stay here again without a pool. And be careful when you get a room because some of the rooms are moldy and the ice machine are broken on every floor except for in the main lobby. This hotel needs a little money pumped into it and the pool restored to working order. The two queen bedroom was roomy put with no pool I didn't really enjoy my experience. Staff was professional but I'm sure they're tired of hearing people complain about the fact that a hotel that advertises a pool doesn't actually have a pool that functions. The daily fruit options were not exactly what I would call fresh either a little rancid. The attached pictures are of the broken ice machine signs the less than fresh fruit, and the sealed off entrance to the pool."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserAbsolutely a world-class resort hotel! The most commendable is the service team, with many people, fast running, and politeness. Every staff member, including engineers and gardeners, will greet guests politely when they see them. The quality of the restaurant waiter is high, which may be the characteristics of Mexican workers. The environmental design responds to a Chinese ancient phrase: ”The mountains and rivers are doubtful, and there is no way to be doubted. We stayed for 5 days and made new discoveries every day. Not only has a swimming pool, but also a heated pool and a drifting pool. The night is particularly romantic. In addition to the restaurant's various styles, guests can also make reservations with the hotel, such as beach bonfires, poolside, etc., no less than a dozen scenes, of course, including wedding scenes. The restaurant has: Italian food, seafood, creative Thai food, Japanese food. Very rich. The mattress in the room is too high and must be climbed up. I don't know why. Clean up the room twice in the morning and evening. We went to the beach to watch the sunrise, shoot, and relax the journey of the mind and body. There is a strong exotic atmosphere!

GGuest UserWe’ve stayed a several resorts in Cabo, and this one is the best! The beach is unswimmable due to the undertow, but the water is beautiful and the waves are huge. The resort is immaculate, not a piece of trash anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is great. The drinks are pricey if you don’t do inclusive, but they are much better than what you’d normally find at inclusive hotels. Location is far enough away from things that it is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the harbor or downtown if you want.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite small and appears to be understaffed. The service certainly doesn’t justify the price. The check-in process was particularly frustrating, as it took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t the one I was initially promised, and they didn’t inform me of the change until I arrived. (I tipped the staff but he gave me a worse room🤬) I tried to upgrade, but the price they quoted was 7x higher than what the travel agency had offered. When I asked to upgrade through the agency, the hotel claimed there were no rooms available, which I found hard to believe. On top of that, we had to request a toothbrush 5 times before we finally got one after 4hrs. The food service was also slow, and though the presentation of the dishes was appealing, the taste was disappointing. The hotel is spread across a large, hot area, almost like a desert, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The only highlight was the golf cart service, which was both efficient and helpful.

GGuest UserA decent resort has been turned into the most predatory tourist trap. No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states. Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket. No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow. The staff were helpful and friendly. A nice resort, but not at all worth the insane prices paid.

GGuest UserThe resort is beautiful and walking distance to the marina. Great service and the restaurants have delicious food. Nice infinity pool overlooking the beach! The only bummer was they wouldn’t honor my two bedroom that I had reserved through Trip.com. For some reason it came across as only a one bedroom. 3 gals in the room, but we managed with the sofa bed. Otherwise the resort is fabulous!

GGuest UserThe hotel has gorgeous views as it overlooks Cabo and the marina. The rooms are in need of an update as they are not in the best overall condition. The staff is a mix of very pleasant, kind, service oriented people to downright rude people who have been seen to roll their eyes at guests. The food was good, although some restaurants are better than others. The Agave restaurant was the better of them all and we went for lunches and dinners. The cupcake shop was very nice with a selection of coffee, pastries and cupcakes (although not always fresh). But kudos to Marlen who made the best coffees, thank you!

GGuest UserThe Nobo Cabo property is incredibly clean, and rooms are the same way. The service is as good as anywhere we have stayed, and the food is also probably the best all throughout the property compared to any resort anywhere.. Prepare for pretty high prices on the menu, but so long as you are prepared for that, you will find this is the best food overall at a resort you could imagine. The one drawback is that the wind blows pretty hard all the time. Nobu is on the Pacific side of the peninsula, and I'm not sure it ever gets calm, but they say the winter months are different. Great beach for walking but too dangerous for swimming. Unbelievable sunsets!

GGuest UserHotel facilities are impeccable, as an all-inclusive hotel, unlimited supply of meals and drinks, but the beach chair still needs to occupy the seat, and at 6 am, go out to grab the beach chair, there is no first row position, can occupy the second row. It can show that Americans are also very hard at occupying the place. I heard that other hotels have a poor service attitude without tipping. I used practice to prove that I didn't tip RIU PALACE BAJA CALIFORNIA or still provide services. In short, the choice for this Spring Festival holiday is that there is no pit, which is perfect. Finally, I have to emphasize that RIU PARTY is really fun, if I have the opportunity, I will stay again.

GGuest UserIf you want to feel like you are an American in Las Vegas, this is the place for you. Spent 5 nights here only to be close to my favourite fishing beach. This place has loud music playing everywhere constantly, in rooms, lifts, pools, gardens, it’s just too much. Even in their zen zone music is pumping. Every restaurant (if they are actually open) for every meal has lines of 1 hr or more as no reservations can be made. We were assigned a ‘personal butler’ but saw him once at check in and never again. The place was full of Americans being typically loud Americans and the food was very average with almost no authentic Mexican food. It was all to cater to Americans tastes. The staff didn’t seem to care about anything and obviously sick of dealing with obnoxious Americans. It’s way overpriced and I’d never return.

EEnriqueFacilities a little old, but good for the price, the concierge of the altitude category, terrible, it is not worth paying more to receive nothing extra. Anyone can go up. At the altitude tower they never ask you for wristbands, except for “premium drinks” which are few and far between… Many waiters, but almost no attention, zero activities, bar closes very early, a lot of noise on certain levels due to the ventilation, the elevator in the altitude tower did not work for 1 day. There are 8 floors. Buffet always the same every day, dinners in restaurants are the same as in the buffet only a la carte and it takes up to 30-1hr waiting even when the place is not full, you have to transfer **** to the bottom from the lobby to make reservations for restaurants, with the cocierge in case of altitude, but you never feel that “plus” of extra payment, smaller rooms than in the one you see in photos, but they do their job. For high season and what you pay, it's not worth it, for low season and the cost is somewhat fair.
