JJeneenThe service was excellent. The views were great. The rooftop pool and beach club were great. The room was clean and basic. We found the bed extremely hard even with the feather topper. Unfortunately there was construction at the hotel which we were told would not impact our stay but definitely caused a lot of noise in the mornings...banging and constant sanding began quite early in the morning causing us to be up much earlier than we had hoped.

RRyan KimbroI really loved my stay here. It felt really away from the busy area and yet such an amazing view. I felt at peace here and loved every minute of my stay. I would definitely come back here again if in Cabo San Lucas. And I would recommend anyone else to stay here also. I think it is so much better than staying at those high priced resorts. Enjoy the peace along the mountainside.

KKarenI stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind.

GGuest UserThe view is incredible! You may see sunrise and sunset at the property. Everything here is great! However, the airport shuttle service is provided for weekends and Monday only. Uber is not allowed to come for the pick up service. The only option to go to the airport is taxi which is $85.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice. It face the beautiful ocean and with three lovely pools. The inclusive package includes breakfast lunch and dinner. The food are average but plentiful. the problem is the two oversized receptionistsin the front desk, They checked us in late was in helpful and rude. They seem more keen to serves American than us. The female keep reminding us we are on a “cheaper” package…The manager try hard to verify the situation, but their attitude really spoilt a great holiday. The room is spacious the staffs in the guest service and restaurants are good. They’re plenty of hotels in the area I’m sure they’ll offer a better experience.

EEdwardsThe hotel was fairly clean but sink didn’t work and they didn’t fix or change rooms.
The food at the hotel wasn’t good. The bellhop were the nicest and young cho cho, the concierge were great.
The hotel had very few activities. It was boring!
