酒店就在束河古鎮旁邊，但不吵鬧，很安靜。旁邊就是停車場，對於開車過來的人相當方便。房間大，住的舒服。這裏特別表揚所有工作人員們的服務，住過無數酒店，從沒有遇到這麼熱情的工作人員。熱情，細心，有任何問題發訊息秒回，讓人心裏暖暖的，下次還會考慮入住

都是獨棟的房子，很古風有古鎮的感覺。房間很大，入住當晚送了綠豆湯，酒店內可以逛一逛，拍照很好看。早餐是真的不錯，點餐式的，看上去普通但味道是這個行程住的酒店裡最好的。前台小姐姐也很好，無論入住還是退房都熱心幫我們拎箱子，70多斤的箱子呢！真的很好！

在麗江的這兩個晚上是很驚喜的體驗。之前是在網上盲選的，入住以後才發現其實是一個非常有背景和來頭的獨家品牌，看完品牌手冊以後對老闆和酒店理念有了更多的瞭解和欽佩。
設施：整體庭院莊園的風格很有蘇州園林的感覺，酒店設施也很全，全程有管家服務。最驚喜的是經理主動給升級了別墅房型，帶家人一起出行獲得了一致好評。
