Situated in the heart of Lerwick town centre the apartment is 100m away from Commercial Street, the main commercial area of town, running parallel to the harbour front with many independent, locally owned shops and eating establishments to explore. If exploring further afield, the Viking Bus Station is also 100m from the apartment, from where public service buses will take you on journeys the length and breadth of Shetland. Accommodation consists of one double bedroom enjoying views southwards towards Fort Charlotte and Lerwick Town Hall, a light and airy open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular views eastwards over Lerwick Harbour and across the town.
