The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas Reviews

We were so excited to see the Sphere from our room. Not expected to have such an awesome view and location is very convenient with shops n other malls to go on foot. Gym and swimming pool area were also very well maintained. Will definately stay the same hotel next time come to Las vegas

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. The room size is the most attractive feature for our choice. However the furnishings inside are turning old in comparing with the Venetian in Macau. On the whole we have a pleasant stay. There is only one area we hope the housekeeping should improve - we need to call them almost every time before we went out or else nobody came to clean even though we remove the DO NOT DISTURB sign!

Great. wonderful. Numerous designer stores and excellent restaurants. we get lost there. Huge queue at check in. . Huge room. The negative point is the minibar that doesn't allow you to put anything there and move the products even if you don't use it, you've already paid for it. There is an ice machine on the floors. Amenities without anything extra. very high cost. worth the experience

Beautiful hotel. I wish the signs were a little more clean to guide visitors places (self park, room/Suites, etc). Rooms were spacious and the Gondola ride was fun!

It’s fantastic-luxury. Huge room with an in-suite living room. It’s on the strip so get to get around. The garden pool is great - small but have hot and cold waters. Can also go down to 4/f for the bigger pool deck and palazzo pool deck. Resort fee was $170 for 3 nights. I paid $160 all in per night and it was really worth the value but of course, I got a great deal.

It was my first time booking with The Venetian Resort these few days. Checking in was very smooth even though they were busy with everything was efficiency. Our room of double queen bed was spacious and clean, nice room view and a special shoutout to housekeeping who did very well. The hotel provided free and speed Wi-Fi. Fast and efficient service upon some special request. Easy for self-parking inside the hotel. It is a convenient walk from the hotel to the Las Vegas Strip instead of driving out. The unsatisfied was that the hotel room didn't free water bottles for customers.

Staying at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas was an unforgettable experience. The entire hotel is stunning, with every room being a beautifully designed suite, adding an extra touch of luxury. We were fortunate to have a room with a view of the Sphere, and it was simply breathtaking. The attention to detail, comfort, and overall ambiance made for an incredibly pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING! This hotel tries to charge you double resort fee hoping you don’t notice. We were told we can express check out and just drop the key, and then they will automatically charge your credit card on file. Thank goodness we clicked into bill details at express checkout before we left and found the double charge. We had read reviews ahead of time that they double charge resort fee, but just didn’t think it could be true for a 5 star resort. We had to line up at the check out desk to inquire the situation. The manager at the check out desk, Tony was very rude and blamed it on a system glitch, which sounds like complete BS since why would it even be a possible selection to double charge a room for resort fee in the first place, it’s highly suspicious. We are extremely disappointed in this hotel, they wouldn’t even acknowledge an apology and said that even if we paid they would catch it afterwards and refund our money, lots of walking around the double charge and how it’s not their fault. Even though there’s a bunch of reviews saying the customer has called and called and the resort wouldn’t give back the double charge. If they had just apologized and said it was their mistake, it would have been okay. The manager made it seem like they were doing us a favor by reversing the double charge. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel for this obvious scam and poor service from the manager.

The room is spacious and good for family with kids. There are 2 TVs so we don't have to fight for it. There's also a great size mall to shop and walk around, great locations for various restaurants There's a food court nearby if we just wanted to eat something simple in the room, and a fancy restaurant super nearby to go to Strongly recommend for family

Closed to the convention center and easy to access to most of the facilities! Friendly reception and great house keeping services. Thank you!

The room is quite big. Good for family of 4. Come with a living room and 2 TV. A deep functional bathtub with separate shower and toilet. Location is good as it inside vegas strip. The downside is that the fridge is not usable as it is packed full and they will charge you if the item is taken out of the fridge regardless you consume it or not. For family, we usually have fresh milk for the kids. It barely fit 1 bottle of 1 gallon milk. Another problem is the walk from carpark to room is confusing.

Location is great. Service from the room was lacking, calls to anyone took ages for someone to pick up. At end of stay, luggage service was very well organised. Overall a memorable stay.
