The location is on the up hill, limited stores nearby. About 3mins walk to nearest convienin stores/restaurantes. A little bit expensive for capsule hotel but concidering location at shibuya, its make sence for limited buget. The bed & pillow were excellent, even more confort than hotel. earplugs were povided which is rare service for similar hostle/hotel.

Amazing location close to Shibuya crossing. However, there was only 1 working shower for about 30 beds which was rather inconvenient.

The hostel is quite dated, there is no communal space other than the smoking area, there is also a very strong smell of toilet and water in the hostel. For the price, it’s ok but not the best hostel choice in Tokyo

If you are looking tor privacy, this is not the place for you because you won’t be able to sleep comfortably if you have roommates right beside your bunker. The capsule is three blocks away from Shibuya Crossing and two blocks away from the train station so you need to prepare to walk because you will be very tired when you arrive both locations. I was disappointed when the staff even did not help me carry my luggage to the ground floor when I was checked in at the 3F. There is little space for you to store your belongings and the hallways in the 3F smelled like piss I would give this bunker type capsule at least 1 star for my 6 night stay

Better than expectations

Place is good

The location is good and bad, about 12-15 minutes walk from the metro station. However, it was on the ramp up and it was tiring. It's even more tiring if you're pulling a big suitcase, plus the hostel is liftless, so moving luggage and food is dead. Better to have a few things to praise: the bed is large, and comfortable, soundproofing is quite good, and it has free water to drink there, which is good.

I obviously booked a superior room when I made the reservation, but the counter staff said that I had booked a standard room. The photo on the order was also a photo of a superior room. Don't be misled by the photos shown on the order.

I spent 7 very comfortable nights here. The overall environment is much better than the university dormitory, which is unexpected. Note that the hotel only accepts men. Even at midnight, there is still someone at the front desk. You will be given 3 keys, namely the shoe cabinet key, the luggage cabinet key and the safe key. You need to return the key when you leave the hotel. The front desk will give you a room card, and you will exchange the key with the room card when you return to the hotel. There is no elevator, only a small staircase. Take off your shoes before entering the room and change into the provided slippers. In addition to the luggage cabinet, there is also a luggage room for large luggage. The bed is relatively comfortable, semi-enclosed, and you can draw the curtain. The capsule interior is exquisite, there is a safe, and there is a ventilation port. If the curtain is drawn, the air conditioner in the corridor cannot blow in, so the air conditioner is relatively strong and the temperature is low. The public facilities are very good. The toilet and bathroom are clean and tidy, without odor, and provide a full range of bathroom supplies and toiletries. There are new towels and bathrobes every day. There is a free water dispenser with disposable paper cups. There is a coin-operated washing machine on the 3rd floor. The hotel is very close to Shibuya Station. There are many restaurants near Shibuya Station if you walk north. Although it is uphill from Shibuya Station to the hotel, you can take the escalator outside another large hotel near the main road to the north of the hotel.

Although it is a capsule hotel, it is clean beyond imagination. You don't need to bring any toiletries. It is very convenient.
