Depending on where u walk from Shibuya station, u may b faced with some uphills to reach the accommodation. Capsules are all clean, amenities are clean. Pretty good

Good location good service and good capsules

It did everything you'd want it to do. It's a capsule hotel. With the premium option, you get a ledge. It's not a room as it looks in some pictures, but it is a roomy capsule. The station wasn't super close, but given it's like a 12 minute walk to one of the biggest nodes on the subway system, I think that's fine. And you're next to the Shibuyu district, yet it's totally quiet.

Good place to be to save money. Keep in mind this is a communal space, so it's shared with other people. Things can get dirty fast but the crew cleans dirty rooms and bathrooms and showers every morning. Good in house wifi as well as a 24hr staff to answer questions. 10-15 min walk to shibuya crossing.

Hotel was conveniently located near Shibuya though there was a hill so if you carry lots of luggage, best to take a local bus, directly from Shibuya Station. It was quite hard to navigate at first since you need to walk on the sky bridge in order to reach the hotel from Shibuya. 711 was right in front of the road that led to the hotel so no worries about food options. The hotel was clean, everything was easy to understand. 3 showers, a luggage space that has locks so you can store your big luggage. The locker room was quite small. Toilet was clean too. They won't keep your luggage after check out, but there were lots of lockers at Shibuya Station so just take your luggage and store at the station for peace of mind (900 yen for 24 hours I think). They also provided hygiene products too. Staffs don't know English, check out and in was easy. They provided all detail infromation so you can read by yourself.

Decent for the Price, but Some Trade-offs The price is okay if you're looking for a basic place to stay. It's relatively clean and gets the job done for a night or two. However, keep in mind that there is no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs can be a bit of a hassle. The room can also get quite warm, especially in winter (since they won't have any AC). Not the most comfortable stay, but fair for the budget.

Overall, the location is good and services also good as they provides all the necessary things. Good to booked if you are travelling alone.

The location is on the up hill, limited stores nearby. About 3mins walk to nearest convienin stores/restaurantes. A little bit expensive for capsule hotel but concidering location at shibuya, its make sence for limited buget. The bed & pillow were excellent, even more confort than hotel. earplugs were povided which is rare service for similar hostle/hotel.

Everything is good and clean

Amazing location close to Shibuya crossing. However, there was only 1 working shower for about 30 beds which was rather inconvenient.

The hostel is quite dated, there is no communal space other than the smoking area, there is also a very strong smell of toilet and water in the hostel. For the price, it’s ok but not the best hostel choice in Tokyo
