"The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price.
The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it."

GGuest UserThere was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

GGuest UserIt feels good. The room is relatively large and the facilities are quite complete. There are no disposable slippers. I called the front desk and they provided them. Of course, you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The standard Hilton DoubleTree cookies when checking in are delicious! There is also a large shopping mall near the hotel. The area is new, safe and modern. No need to worry about safety issues. The breakfast is relatively simple compared to domestic ones, but later I changed to the W Hotel, which costs 3,000 per night, and found that it was much worse than the Hilton breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the financial new district, which is a safe area. The transportation is also very convenient. There is a subway downstairs. It takes less than 30 minutes to get there by taxi from the airport. The room is a good size for two people, and there is a large balcony where you can enjoy the scenery outside. There is also a laundry room upstairs, which is also very convenient. You need to pay by coin or scan code. There is a small supermarket, convenience store, breakfast restaurant, and Red Hat Pizza downstairs. In short, it is very convenient. The only thing to point out is that the front desk is very difficult to find. It is in the room at the end of the corridor on the right side of the elevator on the 2nd floor. Note that the door of the room is still closed. We went up and down several times and finally asked the concierge to take us up.
