"I went to Haiphong to go to Cat Ba Island, but due to the weather, I couldn't get there. So, I hastily booked this hotel, and it turned out to be great! It was a trip with my mom, and she loved the breakfast, especially the kimchi stew and seaweed soup, haha. The pool was empty, so we had it all to ourselves. The only downside was that we were in a suite, but the carpet was a bit... well. The surrounding area is Vin Town, so there aren't many local spots. Aside from that, it really helped melt away my frustration from not being able to go to Cat Ba. Swimming, spa, and sauna were all 👍👍. Since I couldn't go to Cat Ba Island, I ended up booking a suite and having a staycation. It's a shame I wasted the money on accommodation for Cat Ba Island though ㅠㅠ"

"i think this is one of the best stay in haiphong so far .its a budget home stay with simple design layout .Location is not the best with vincom near by which has no store inside wouldn't recommend it because of the location"

This was by far the best value for our money hotel that we do that in Vietnam over the course of three weeks. It was very clean and well maintained. "The hotel is conveniently located in Waterfront City, making it easy to travel to both Cat Bi International Airport and Hai Phong city center. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, while the swimming pool and restaurant met my expectations for a hotel of this standard. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the service, especially at the front office. Although the hotel was not particularly busy during my stay, the staff did not appear very welcoming, and greetings were often missing. There was also no luggage assistance upon arrival. When I asked about the possibility of a late check-out, the front desk responded in a rather inflexible and unfriendly manner, which left a disappointing impression. In addition, no one asked whether I was a One Harmony member or informed me of any applicable member benefits. On a positive note, the security staff were excellent—very proactive in guiding me to the parking area and providing clear directions, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the hotel’s facilities and location are solid, but a warmer and more guest-oriented service culture would significantly enhance the overall experience."

"The hotel is quite big and the service is very good. But the Chinese service promised is really only 🤏Chinese. 😂 Fruit was given as a gift when I checked in. I went a little late for breakfast the next day and closed the stall before nine o'clock. I was given a separate portion of chicken rice noodles, fried eggs, fruit and milk. Overall not bad. But there was a problem: the location on Ctrip was wrong and I almost couldn’t find the hotel! (The one on the Gaode map is correct, next to the overpass)"

"Than is just a few seconds away from Hoang Van Thu Bridge, which is perfect for a nice morning or sunset walk. The room is very new, clean, and fully furnished. The only downside is that there is just a curtain separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, so privacy may be a bit limited. There is no elevator, but the stairs are easy to climb, and the staff are happy to help with your luggage. I also tried the soursop tea at the café downstairs, and it was AMAZING. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely give it a 10/10!"

"The serviced apartment is conveniently located near a bank downstairs and many restaurants and cafes. The room is clean, tidy, and well-laid out, with an induction cooker, pots and pans, and complete toiletries. A dedicated laundry lady washes and neatly folds the laundry before delivering it to the room. The price is also reasonable. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Haiphong."
