"The best hotel in Cappadocia! The staff service was top-notch, and their responsiveness was excellent. The location itself was superb, and the breakfast was fantastic. The gym is okay if you're looking for bodyweight exercises or dumbbells (though there's a Chris Bumstead video playing on the wall... it's just not possible with the facilities provided). But it's fine for temporary use. The pool: PERFECT!!! Even in the cold January weather, the indoor pool was enjoyable enough (why there's a foot volleyball court or ping-pong table in the middle of the pool is a mystery...). The game room: Just skip this one... it has old games, and some are broken. The kids' room: Don't expect the kids to play there for a long time. However, the location and view are a solid 6/5, which makes it totally deserving of a 5-star rating overall."

"Когда мы приехали, нам девушка на ресепшене сказала, что у нас забронирован номер без окна (хотя в карточке номера была фотография с окном), но нам предложили повысить категорию номера без доплаты (потому что в отеле было мало постояльцев). В итоге мы жили в большом семейном номере, состоящем из трёх комнат, но нас попросили в две комнаты не заходить, и мы попросили их закрыть на ключ, чтобы ребенок туда не заходил. Плюс такого номера в большой прихожей, в которой можно оставить обувь и рюкзаки, чтобы они не захламляли комнату. Комната чистая, нам всё понравилось. На 8 этаже бассейн и бильярд, а также несколько настолок, что очень удобно, пока ребенок игрался с настолками, мы с мужем играли в бильярд :) Бильярдный стол правда не для профессионалов, с небольшим уклоном, но скоротать вечер пойдёт )) На завтрак в первый день выбор был, в остальные дни выбора почти не было (может потому что в первый день было больше туристов). В целом за такую цену очень хорошо."

"We stayed only one day for personal reasons, although we had booked for a little longer. The owner had the most comprehensive understanding of it and had separated our booking and returned us the money for the remaining days. I find this very lovely and really customer-friendly. We have paid a small amount due to the administrative fees that the renter had to pay in advance because of our change. However, compared to the amount for the additional days, it is not worth mentioning. We are very grateful for this."

"We stayed for 2 nights here in the top floor family room. We had a nice large terrace facing the mountain. The room was spotlessly clean, the mattress was good and there was enough lighting all around. Plenty of free bottled water was provided. The bathroom was huge with both a shower and bathtub. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with pancake and pho and fresh fruits. The service was very good, whenever we had a query, we were promptly addressed via WhatsApp with the owner. The location is just right for us, who want to be a few mins walking distance to the main street and restaurant and is quiet enough away from loud music from the tourist bars and restaurants. We highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Catba. Thank you to the owner!"

"We booked the hotel in advance on Trip.com, and upon arrival, we decided to stay and not go to Ha Long, as there was no point in changing hotels. The price for extending our stay at the reception and on Trip.com turned out to be identical. Pros: location, relatively recently renovated. Cons: cleaning, lazy service, terrible soundproofing, and a damp smell in the hallway."

"The location of this hotel is really good. It has a private beach, two outdoor swimming pools, and a coastal plank road, which is picturesque. The boss is Taiwanese, which is good. But the bed in the room is too hard, the pillows are very high, there are only one-slip slippers, oh my god, it's all bruises, I can't sleep well at night, it won't work, please improve it quickly."

"Very nice hotel. The rooms are luxurious and the beds are very comfy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They gave great tips for our planned day trips and organised a scooter for us that was delivered to the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice. 15 minutes walk to Cat Co 3 beach and many restaurants arround. Would absolutely stay here again."

"We booked a hotel on the day of check-in, confirmed quickly. The only thing I didn't notice that breakfast was not included, it upset us. In general the hotel is comfortable, we spent 2 nights here. The hotel has a cafe, a 17-story bar, a bar near the sea, a children's area, a spa. In the morning I woke up at 6 a.m. and went to the sea bath. From 7 a.m. the pool works. The room we had a view of the bay in 3 hotels. The hotel consists of 3 complexes, of which the restaurant and bar in the second building. The room was spacious and clean. We liked everything."
