I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was very clean and neat, and the bed was super comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, and the hot water was good, although the water pressure could be better. I liked that the room came with a free umbrella to use and that the front desk provided beach/swimming towels, which was very convenient. The hotel is also just a couple of minutes away from the beach, which makes it very easy to go for a swim or a walk by the sea anytime. A big highlight was the complimentary lunch buffet. Even though my booking mentioned it was only once, the hotel generously gave us free lunch every day (for both rooms we booked, 4 people total). The buffet runs from 11 AM to 2 PM at the restaurant beside the hotel. The food itself was decent, but considering it’s free, it really helps save on meal costs during the trip. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. Even after we checked out and were just waiting outside for the ferry, they kept checking on us and even offered us another free lunch for that day. That kind of hospitality really stood out. The only small downside is that the rooms don’t have windows. For us it wasn’t a problem since we mainly used the hotel for resting at night, but it’s something to note if natural light is important to you. Overall, it was a great experience, excellent location, and very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

A large room with a spacious bathroom, cold air conditioning, and a strong hot water shower. A kettle, coffee, and complimentary water were also provided. The hotel has a pool, although I didn’t have time to use it. The location is right in the centre of Tonsai, making it convenient for everything while still being quiet enough in the evenings. The only downside was that the internet wasn’t working during this visit, which was disappointing.

Phi Phi Island is great for couples and singles alike! There are bikini-clad beauties everywhere – a real feast for the eyes. The nights are incredibly lively, with bustling bars and exciting beach performances. 😊 The service at Phi Phi Anita is excellent, especially the hotel staff who helped us with our luggage all the way to the boat. The hotel breakfast was also very good, probably the only decent meal we had as most places on the island serve Western food, which my elderly family members weren't used to. Remember to bring plenty of cash! Besides 7-Eleven, pretty much everything else on the island is cash-only!!!!

Deluxe Room: Quite basic, a bit dated, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. BUT! Good soundproofing, a new air conditioner, a quiet location, and the pool is large and clean with spacious grounds. There's even a horse you can feed! Excellent value for money. 👍

The service was excellent; the staff were always willing to help. I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage for a few hours after check-out. My room was clean, well-ventilated, and smelled lovely. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

The biggest plus is the location. It's a 400m walk from the pier. The room is average, nothing fancy. Small but cozy. The bathroom is also tiny, you can't really move around if there are two people. The shower is just a hole, but there's hot water. It's a standard room. The grounds are beautiful. But the pool, that's just fantastic! There's a big pool and a smaller one for kids. The views from the pool out to the sea are also great.

A nice hotel that’s really close to the beach at the back of the place. Unfortunately we didn’t have good experiences with the food or the service. For example at breakfast they served shrimp fried rice with the poop sack still attached and a lot of flies were around the fruit in the mornings. Also the day before we were due to leave I had one of the house keeping staff drop an iron off at my room. Without hearing an answer came into my room and opened the bathroom door where I was showering. I had music on at the time so I’ve no idea happened and I asked her to leave immediately. I went to the door a minute later to get the iron and she also left a set of keys with me- no idea why or why yay they were for but she appeared 2 hours later asking for them so I hope they weren’t for the surrounding rooms! The view from the pool at the back and the fruit shakes were really good but I wouldn’t stay here again

We had a truly wonderful stay at Chaokoh Phi Phi Hotel & Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The hotel is perfectly located on the island—just a short walk from the pier and surrounded by great restaurants, which made exploring Phi Phi both easy and enjoyable. Our room offered a beautiful garden view, and being near the pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms themselves were spacious, comfortable, and kept spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more pleasant. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, this hotel provided the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. We would highly recommend Chaokoh Phi Phi Hotel & Resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet place to stay while enjoying the charm of Phi Phi Island.

The hotel was great, close to several shops, beach and restaurants. The room was very clean and is a perfect beach type accommodation. At night was a bit noisy due to the bars outside at the street, nonetheless is something can be fixed easily with earplugs. Would happily stay again for a longer time.

The hotel has a very convenient location; you step off the pier, walk a couple of meters, and you're there. The room was pleasant and clean, and they even provide beach towels! They'll give you water upon request, no problem. The only unpleasant part was the sewage smell in the bathroom. Overall, it's a very decent option for a couple of days.
