Originally booked this hotel for shits and giggles coz of Anthropic Claude. This place is obsessively clean. I’m talking about the kind of clean that makes you suspicious — like maybe they have a team that just polishes doorknobs all day. Everything is spotless. Even the complimentary laundry room (which, yes, is FREE with detergent pods included) looks surgical. Zero lint. No detergent residue. No mysterious washing machine funk. Just pure, sparkling cleanliness. For someone as particular as me about hygiene, this was an unexpected jackpot. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Location is solid: walking distance to Chinatown, Maxwell Hawker Centre, Keong Saik Road’s fancy food scene, and two MRT stations (Chinatown and Maxwell). The outdoor courtyard smells like fresh lemon balm disinfectant, which is oddly specific but very reassuring. There’s also a complimentary minibar, which feels generous for a compact room. The double bed room I booked was small but accurately described during booking, so no gotcha moments. If you’re short like me, the bed’s perfectly comfortable. They’ve maximized storage cleverly: luggage space, safety box, mini fridge under the bed. The courtyard becomes your unofficial living room since the actual room is just… bed. The Meh The rain shower is a mystery. I still don’t know how to use it without turning the bathroom into a wading pool. The handheld showerhead has weak water pressure, though the bathroom itself is otherwise excellent. So clean!!! You can feel the MRT rumbling underneath (acceptable noise level), but the real problem is Leila, the bar downstairs. If you’re into nightlife, great! If you’re trying to sleep on the second floor, less great. I could hear thumping bar music until late. Front desk was gracious and delivered earplugs promptly when I asked, so points for responsiveness. Walking around during rainy season would be a drag. The room was extremely dirty and clearly not properly maintained. There was thick dust on multiple surfaces and a noticeable moldy condition. I tried wiping parts of the room myself, and the tissues turned completely black. Within a short time, I had filled an entire bin just from cleaning. Other than that, the toilet was clean and the location is good. I hope the hotel can improve their cleanliness standards.

The hotel's location is super convenient! The subway entrance is right across the street downstairs, and it connects to a mall, so grabbing a bite to eat is a breeze. The service was warm and excellent. They provide free toothbrushes and toothpaste, which is a nice touch. Although they don't offer complimentary bottled water daily, there's a water dispenser in the lobby on the 12th floor where you can refill your bottle. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and very comfortable.

Everyone gets their own private pod bed, and the privacy is excellent. You can even lock it from the inside, and it comes with ventilation, air conditioning, and adjustable lighting. I think this is a highly cost-effective hostel. Plus, the other guests I stayed with were from different countries and regions, and everyone was super friendly. The room offers free hot and cold water, disposable cups, and tissues, and the showers and toilets are very convenient. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to attractions like Chinatown and Lau Pa Sat. While the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, the service is exceptionally good. They offer aperitifs and light snacks at the executive lounge, so much so that I didn't even need dinner. There were also Chinese-speaking staff which was very helpful. The front desk was particularly nice; knowing I had a late flight, they kindly extended my check-out until 2 PM, which was a very thoughtful touch. I was really happy with the room type. There were three of us, and we all wanted our own beds but still wanted to chat in the same room, so this was perfect. It would be even better for families with kids; they'd absolutely love it! The room included complimentary welcome refreshments and free drinks from the mini-fridge. Breakfast was also very extensive. Oh, and the swimming pool was great! I used it twice, highly recommend it.

The room was too small without even space to open our luggage. The bunk beds were 1.5 meters wide, and while the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the sink was inside the main room. The shower had high pressure and it actually hurt. The main issue was that the hot water only lasted for a few seconds before turning lukewarm or cold. We had to turn it off and on repeatedly because it was an instant water heater. We endured five days of lukewarm showers; it was torture. The only upside is that downstairs is very lively with plenty of food options and easy access to the subway. It's up to you to decide if it's worth it.

The location is very convenient, with a nearby station and easy access to major tourist spots within about 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated being able to borrow an adapter for my European plug. The room was small but sufficient for one person and equipped with the essentials. The air conditioning worked well. However, the room felt a bit worn and not as well-maintained compared to other hotels. There was a slight cigarette smell upon arrival, which improved after turning on the air conditioning. One downside was the noise — the room was not soundproof, and I could hear conversations from the hallway. There was also noticeable noise outside early in the morning. Light sleepers may want to consider other options.

Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Great location and good facilities too.

The selection felt limited and leaned heavily toward less healthy processed items such as sausages. On one occasion, the fried chicken was also undercooked, which was disappointing. Overall, if you need convenient access to Sentosa and are traveling on a budget, this is still a good and convenient place to stay.
