"I booked a superior room with bakcony for 1 day and through another company the same type of room for next 4 nights! The night shift receptionist was really rude and told me for the 1st day i booked a superior room with balcony but the other 4 not! He also told that i did not understand what i booked!!!!!! After circa 10 minutes of arguments i told him we will see what is wrong or right next day!!! Next day i just presented my booking and the day shift receptionist was soooo kind and he said that i can be in a room with bigger balcony !!! So the management has 1. To check all the web-partners and to give the same names of the room types 2. The room type description has to be in all papers of the booker 3. Some receptionists are really rude and terrorize the guests!!!!"

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the location made it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience."

"This is my second trip to Singapore. The first time, I stayed at Swisssôtel. This time, as a family of five, we wanted to try a different place and stayed here for two nights. I had requested connecting rooms in advance but was disappointed that it wasn't arranged. 1. The hotel's location is convenient, right next to Novena MRT station. The B3 level connects directly to the MRT, the adjacent mall, and plenty of shops and restaurants. 2. The rooms are quite spacious (we were given a double bed room and an accessible room). Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. The beds were just right – not too soft, not too firm – which is important for a good night's sleep. 3. The room amenities are complete, including a coffee machine and toiletries. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. The lobby is comfortable and has a water dispenser with both cold and hot water. The front desk provides fresh fruit daily, and the whole atmosphere is very friendly! 4. The 8th floor has a gym and a swimming pool. This trip, the main focus was for the kids to enjoy the water, and they had a great time splashing around here. All the kids were very happy. Our whole family found it to be excellent, and we look forward to coming back again!!"

"We had a really pleasant stay! Although the room is small (as expected from similar hotels in Singapore), but everything is locate perfectly so that the room actually doesn’t feel cramped. The only challenging part is that everything is digital (check in & check out are done through the mobile app, even the room key is handled inside the app)."

"First time visit to Singapore. Lovely hotel. Great location, bonus of an outdoor pool that we used early one morning. Rooms very clean, beds super comfy. Immaculately clean. All staff super friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions. Concierge’s always available to sort taxis and help too. Didn’t book breakfast as do many food options close by. Nice touch was at check in they brought out birthday muffins, not just for me but for my two teenagers too. Great introduction.What’s not to love? Will be back."

"Stayed for 3 nights in June as the aircon at my place broke down and needed a cool environment to work and sleep. The hotel is located conveniently off Keong Siak Street with a lot of good food nearby and walking distance to mrt and Chinatown. The rooms are on the smaller side. I was allocated a room on the 2nd floor at first which has an elongated design with narrow walkway but was moved to another room at the third floor as I was not able to get any data signal in the first room to be able to work. The second room has the usual square design. It is still small with the double bed taking up more than half the space. The bed is stuck to both sides of the wall thus you literally have to ”roll” out of the bed which I do not fancy. The bed is comfortable though with soft pillows. Another peeve is the bathroom. Due to the design, whenever you shower, the water from the bath will flow to the toilet area making it wet. I really dislike a wet toilet. To resolve this, I had to move the floor towel to cover the curb between shower and toilet. Otherwise no issue. The wash basin for the second room is outside the toilet area. The usual coffee tea and bottled water are provided. The hotel also provide soft drinks in the fridge for free. There is also safe deposit box in the room. Not much storage, no chairs no table for working."

"This is an excellent hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms are quite spacious and have been recently renovated. The beds are comfortable, and each room comes with an iron, ironing board, kettle, and hairdryer. While bottled water isn't provided, there's a water cooler on each floor. I really liked the clever design with a small sofa and a bay window instead of a balcony, which makes the room feel even more spacious. The hotel's location is super convenient. It's within walking distance of three MRT stations: Rochor, Bencoolen, and Bugis. The Fountain of Wealth is just a 15-minute walk away, and Fort Canning Park is also nearby. There are plenty of cafes and famous kaya toast eateries around. Plus, there's a 7/11 right on the ground floor of the hotel building. The only slight inconvenience was the elevator renovations, with noisy work starting at 9:00 AM. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. If I find myself in Singapore again, I'll definitely book this hotel."

"Excellent location! Several metro stations, attractions, shops, and cafes are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is situated in an authentic building. The staff are very friendly. The receptionist kindly allowed us to check in a bit early and provided a garment steamer upon request. The room was very clean and well-equipped."

"The room was very spacious and well-designed, featuring a double vanity in the bathroom and a separate sink in the toilet area. The balcony offered a fantastic view. It's just a few minutes' walk from Orchard Road to ION. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. You can even see the Edison Hotel directly across from our building."

"While I was resting in my room, a staff member opened the door with a master key and walked in. I was extremely upset and reported this incident to a female staff member named Joy at the front desk on the 1st floor. Because my English is not fluent, I had trouble explaining the situation smoothly, but she responded to me with a very poor attitude, sighing openly. She claimed that the staff entered to check if the room was cleaned because the ”Do Not Disturb” sign was not turned on. However, I never requested room cleaning, nor did I turn on any lights next to the room door. This is a clear violation of my privacy, and if such a policy exists, it should be explicitly explained to guests during check-in. I visit Singapore frequently, but I have never experienced a hotel like this, and I have no intention of ever staying here again."
