The room itself was good; the bathroom was also good. The location was good too; what I really didn’t like about this hotel was the air conditioning. Maybe I am more sensitive but this hotel has a horrible air conditioner. I hope it was only the problem with my room. But I felt very hot though I set the temperature at 16 degrees. I hope they can improve it.

I didn’t think this would be my best stay in Singapore. I was able to have a comfortable sleep and the other guests were courteous and quiet at night. The young lady at the desk was able to check me in and accommodate me upon my late arrival, she also asked me several times how my stay was and I appreciate such service for how basic of a place this is as I stayed in a hotel that was four stars after that didn’t even give me as good of services here. The only awkward part is the co gender bathroom. There was even a family staying here with kids for some reason but thankfully they were not bothersome with noise. Close to MRT and plenty of food. Complimentary simple continental breakfast was a nice surprise too.

Been there several times, best for single business trip, very convenient smoking area and laundry service. 7-11 store and local foods besides, 400-500 meters to MRT station and local hawkers food centre, less than 15 mins from airport. All staffs are very friendly and helpful like family.

The room was generally clean and tidy. The bathroom had a tap for drinking water, but no bottled water was provided, so those who aren't used to it should bring their own. There are many Vietnamese and Thai restaurants nearby, as well as the Joo Chiat Bakery. The hotel is quite far from the subway station; you'll need to take a bus or get off at the Joo Chiat crossroads and walk, which can be hot during the day.

Considering it's a prime location where every inch counts, value for money isn't the priority. It's comfortable and safe to stay here, and super convenient for getting around and dining. My first time stay in this hotel (while i hv try other hotel 81 but sucks). I have a doubt at first but woww!
Cleanliness: no need to worry! 8,5/10 (even 5 star hotel also lack sometimes)
Location: yes it’s geylang, but what to worry? Go out to street can see bus stop already. Near with aljunied mrt, but if u lazy to walk just take bus easy! U want find food, it’s geylang, just stroll around.
Service: what to expect? Bruh i think excellent service is no need la, again it’s not 4-5 star hotel. But i can say the service during check in is perfect. And you can store ur luggage there.
Room facilities: u got towel, toothbrush, the sampoo soap is in one container, so if u are picky like me just bring ur own. There’s no hair dryer ok.. bring urself.

I overslept in the morning, and Ainee and Korin were very thoughtful, allowing me to check out an hour later. It's a bit of a walk to the subway, but very close to bus stops, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is quite convenient. The room is quite spacious, well-equipped, and the soundproofing is decent. Overall, it's clean and tidy, though I did notice some very tiny bugs. The front desk staff can communicate in Chinese and are friendly. All in all, for this price in Singapore, I'm very satisfied with the room!

Opened in 1971, this hotel holds significant historical value as it's the very first property in the entire Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts group. Thanks to excellent upkeep, it doesn't feel old at all. It features three wings in total: Tower, Valley, and Garden. I stayed in the Tower Wing this time. The room was quite spacious, though its irregular shape took a little getting used to. The hotel breakfast was a bit pricey, so I skipped it, but I did enjoy the pool and Health Club twice during my stay.
The pool is an impressive 2.5 meters deep, which is quite rare for a hotel. The Health Club is fantastic, offering a sauna, steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was average, a bit small and dated, with a really poor view. Honestly, it felt worse than a typical Hanting Hotel back home. The service was also just okay. I saw online that they offered Chinese-speaking service, but when I checked in, the front desk attendant, who was clearly Chinese, specifically said she didn't speak Chinese. I've stayed at Conrads in China before and had a great experience, so this was a huge disappointment in comparison. I definitely won't be staying here again.

The design is fun and colorful, not your typical hotel vibe. The room is compact but works fine, with a private bathroom, and the sink is outside the bathroom which is actually quite convenient. I stayed in a standard room—it’s okay for couples or friends.
The hotel has more of a co-living feel. There’s a shared kitchen, dining area, and even a small workout corner, so it feels more social than a normal hotel.
Breakfast was a bitsimple with limited options, just a few simple dishes and some bakery items. I’d recommend skipping it and eating outside instead.
Location is definitely a big plus. It’s inside Funan Mall, super convenient for shopping and food. You can also easily walk to places like Fort Canning Park (right across the road), Clarke Quay, and Merlion Park.
Overall, nice stay if you like modern design and a lively vibe—just don’t expect too much from the breakfast.

The amazing location juz opposite Takashimaya and Paragon and mosque@Orchard Road. The hotel staffs were all very friendly and approachable. Asian buffet style breakfast@Eden restaurant - normally can only find plain porridge but here surprisingly we found delicious fish porridge with no fishy smell! Thank you, Pullman hotel for excellent services.

The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very polite and enthusiastic. The room is on the smaller side, but clean, and probably best suited for one person. For two people, you'd likely struggle to open your suitcases. The downside is that there's a restaurant on the first floor, and the corridor on the second floor gets quite smoky during dinner time.

First off, I chose this place because it's super close to Universal Studios, and I figured a chain hotel wouldn't be too bad. But the price wasn't exactly cheap – I paid over 480 for a queen room. I know hotels in Singapore are pricey, so this was within my expected budget; I'd already come to terms with the cost. The front desk staff were all really nice. However, my heart sank when I opened the door. The room was tiny, and they don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or cups, citing environmental reasons... though if you ask the front desk for a toothbrush, they'll give you one. For cleanliness, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 – not terrible, but not outstanding either. It's a small room but has all the essentials, though you definitely can't fit two suitcases in there; it felt really cramped. On the bright side, the soundproofing seemed pretty good. I'm not sure if there were no other guests or if everyone was just incredibly considerate, but I didn't hear any noise. Plus, I was so exhausted from sleeping at the airport the night before that I slept like a log. It was the best night's sleep of my entire trip, and I was genuinely shocked that I slept best in the smallest room... Oh, and the shower gel and shampoo are all-in-one, so if you're particular, you might want to bring your own.
