"Definitely recommend this hotel! I have business in Manila for a week and I stayed here for 5 nights, and it was very convenient since it's located close to my work office. It's also near Robinsons Manila, Malate, and several great cafés around the area. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Despite being in a busy part of the city, the hotel is peaceful and quiet inside, making it a relaxing place to stay. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I come to Malate, Manila for businesses or in holiday :)"

"What I like with this hotel is the location. It's accessible to the mall, only walking distance. What I don't like was the TV channels isn't working, and we can here the people on the other rooms... Only 1 lift is working as well. But overall it's just fine"

"Okay but not okay. The receptionist might not in the mood this morning, The SG is always attentive as also the housekeeping staff specially the OJT. But the service elevator button at the parking area not working and the telephone service too so you have to walk along the driveway to get to the GF. The rest is 🙂."

"This is in Birch Tower in Bacobo St. just a few steps from Robinsons Place Manila Mall. Location wise. A nice place to stay, great city and sea view. Though neighbors are noisy. Loud doors sometimes they are shouting and loud knocking. No water and towel change on my second day even after I specially went to the front desk. Front desk staff was nice and friendly. Perhaps he just forgot. Bring your own slippers. Overall, still a great place to stay."

It is also easily accessible to nearby establishments such as Robinsons Place Manila, as well as various bars, coffee shops, convenience stores like 7-Eleven, and a wide selection of food options ~ perfect whether you’re working, relaxing, or exploring the city. What stood out the most was the exceptional service of the staff. The service crew were consistently polite, accommodating, and welcoming, which made the stay even more comfortable. The rooms were clean and maintained, providing a cozy space to rest after a busy day. One area for improvement would be the internet connectivity, which could be more stable and reliable. Overall, this is a great budget-friendly lodging option that offers excellent value for money, especially if you’re looking for accessibility, comfort, and warm hospitality in Manila. "The location is good. The staffs are nice. The place is clean as well. However, I wish they’s spray the room with some kind of air freshener as well. The room smelled like a person’s sweat when you open the door. Good thing I brought a perfume with me to hang in."
