Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Suidobashi Station on the JR line, which provides excellent access to all the main attractions in Tokyo. You can easily reach places like Akihabara, Ueno, Tokyo Dome, and even Shinjuku or Shibuya with just one or two connections. Despite being so close to the train tracks, the rooms have good soundproofing, and we could not hear the trains at all inside the room. That was a huge relief because I was worried about noise, but it turned out to be completely fine The room itself was clean and spacious by Tokyo standards. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The housekeeping did a great job, and we had plenty of space to open our suitcases and move around comfortably. That is not always easy to find in Tokyo hotels, so I really appreciated that. At the reception area, you can help yourself to tea and coffee, as well as some basic hygiene kits and amenities. It is a nice touch, especially if you forgot something or just want a hot drink before heading out for the day. But, there are a few things to be aware of. First, the check-in time is later than usual but at 5:00 PM. That is quite late compared to most hotels where check-in is around 2:00 or 3:00 PM. You need to plan your day around this and make sure you have somewhere to keep your luggage if you arrive earlier. It is not a dealbreaker, but it is something you should know before booking. The second thing was the bathroom setup. In our room, there was a strange curtain separating the shower area from the rest of the room. The problem is that this curtain does not actually hide anything. If someone opens the door from the room into the hallway, anyone standing there could see straight into the shower area. It was an odd design choice. My advice to the hotel would be to apply frosted film to the shower door. That would solve the privacy issue completely, and the strange curtain would no longer be needed. Another small issue was the luggage storage area. Some of the lockers were locked but not being used, which meant there was not enough space for everyone to store their bags. It was a bit frustrating because empty but locked lockers took up space that could have been used. However, I have to give credit to the administrator who helped us resolve the situation. They were kind and found a solution, so in the end, it worked out fine. I do want to recommend the restaurant on the first floor for evening relaxation. There are only a few tables, so it feels quite intimate and not too crowded. The prices are slightly higher than the average in Tokyo, but the desserts are wonderful, and they serve champagne as well. It is a lovely place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. I especially enjoyed sitting there in the evening with a glass of champagne and a sweet treat, it felt like a small luxury. Overall, sequence Suidobashi is a solid choice if you value cleanliness, space, and good train connections. Just be prepared for the late check-in, the unusual shower curtain, and a possible small hassle with luggage storage. None of these issues ruined my stay, and with a few small improvements, this hotel could be truly excellent. I would still recommend it, especially for travelers who plan to spend most of their day exploring Tokyo and just need a comfortable, quiet place to sleep and recharge

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location. The main entrance is on the 1st floor (there's a 7-Eleven there, but it closes early). Check-in is on the 20th floor, and all guest rooms are above the 20th floor, offering great views without any low-floor rooms. The 2nd floor provides direct access to Takashimaya and Shinjuku Station, and there are two subway lines right across the street from the 1st-floor exit, making getting around very convenient. See picture 3 for a floor overview. 👍 The scenic twin room is quite spacious for Tokyo standards, not cramped at all. It comes with standard sheet mask skincare products and disposable slippers. 🙃 Ps: There's no bottled water in the room, but each floor has a self-service water dispenser. Also, the bathroom shower is inside the bathtub 🛁. 👍 Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

GGuest UserQuite a disappointing stay. I initially thought it was a Dormy Inn because the first characters of the name were the same, and it was also a hot spring hotel, which made it very confusing. The service here was a world apart from Dormy Inn. The room was incredibly small. The breakfast in the pictures looked very rich, and I thought it would be a lavish buffet, but it turned out to be just a bento box, and they didn't even provide cutlery. The price wasn't cheap either. It really ruined my mood. The hot spring was also tiny, and they didn't even provide hair dryers in the hot spring area.

BBuchadianshenghuoThe hotel's location was excellent, and the rooms were very spacious, exceeding my expectations. The hotel was immaculately clean, truly spotless. Each floor has six rooms that share a common lounge area. After each use, staff would come to clean it thoroughly, restoring it to its pristine condition, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member at the hotel was extremely kind and friendly. I particularly loved the rooftop hot spring; after a soak, they even provided ice-cold milk, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

VvjongThe location is very good. Very close to subway, JR and Shinkansen. Many restaurants and shopping in the area including a very famous ramen downstairs. The room is clean and the onsen is as great as usual but a little small. Another issue is there is only 1 lift so it could take time to wait for lift. I did not enjoy the free ramen at night but I have no reason to question its quality! Overall, great value for money!

SSupattra(kung)The room is small, Japanese-style11 sqm i book conneting room, The location is very convenient, close to JR. There’s a FamilyMart, AEON, and many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. You can walk to Tobu Department Store every day for shopping. The hotel offers a welcome drink available anytime, and there is a separate onsen for men and women. In the evening at 6:00 PM, there is a free happy hour with drinks—perfect for alcohol lovers. My husband really loved it. The amenities are also of good quality. If I visit Japan again, I would definitely choose to stay here—the price is very reasonable too.

GGuest Useremployees and amazing breakfast. They had many vegetables + yogurt + all kind of meats (I really liked the beef) - really worth it for 2100 yen per person. My only complaint is that breakfast ends quite early at 9:30. It is very close to 2 metro lines (green and orange) so you can easily reach any place in Tokyo. There is a non-stop 7/11 at the -1 floor (you can take the elevator and exit through the shop). It has a very easy to use and good exchange rate ATM. The gym is like the typical hotel gym. Very small and with few dumbbells.

CCN_NanaThe facility was great in general. Except you cant stay over the day its just for sleeping, showering and then you can leave it ln daytime, leave your stuff, as they clean and restrict the sleeping area. Otherwise it was kind of an all inclusive experience and did have a clean and nice washroom, as well as all round service. But it was a bit loud in the morning, the cleaning stuff rummages around exactly in front of the bed, talking, making noise cleaining beds 2 hours before check out.
