"It was a incredible and nice stay in Via Inn, the inn is a couple of walks apart from the Iidabashi station, around 7 minutes by foot. For large luggage carriers, travelers may need to plan out their tracks to travel back and forth to the station, i recommend using the elevator exit opposite to B2 exit from Iidabashi station, then crossing at the traffic light (Google maps may not present this route for foreign travelers) The staffs are friendly and well spoken, making each guests felt welcomed and taken care of, you can ask for cutlery at the front desk after purchasing meals from the supermarket nearby, we had few nights having preprepared meals at our hotel room, they were nice qualitied plus not pricey, suitable for budget friendly trip travelers Overall a great stay, and having my first stay in Japan, it was an A+ experience"

"I stayed at the b Suidobashi and had a solid overall experience. The location is very convenient, with Tokyo Dome within walking distance, making it ideal for concerts or events without worrying about transportation. The room was simple but clean and functional. The highlight is the public bath, which is comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day."

"This hotel is incredibly spacious for Tokyo, with large, bright rooms offering excellent city views. The building itself hosts a variety of dining options, and there's even a convenience store on the second floor. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel, making dining incredibly convenient. Transportation is a breeze with easy access to trains, subways, and buses. The only minor drawback is that a walk-in shower in the bathroom would have been even better. All in all, it was an extremely satisfying stay with great value for money!"

"This hotel boasts excellent transport links, being just a 5-minute walk from Ueno-Okachimachi Station, 10 minutes from Ueno Station, and a mere 3 minutes from Suehirocho Station on the Ginza line. Ueno Park is also conveniently located only 7 minutes away. The only downsides are the absence of breakfast and a fitness center."

"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The area around it was quiet, and the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and helpful with local information. It's conveniently located near the University of Tokyo and Tokyo Dome City attractions, all within walking distance. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"I've stayed at many Dormy Inn hotels, and this time I chose the Korakuen location in Tokyo. The facilities are consistent with other branches, and the hot spring is on the basement level, so there's no outdoor bath like some other locations. Breakfast was decent. I have two complaints, though. First, this hotel might be an old building renovation, as the elevators are incredibly slow; you have to wait ages every time. Second, at other Dormy Inn branches, you can self-check-in, but here, the front desk insisted we check in with them manually. Their efficiency was terrible; it wasted so much of our time and was slower than if we had done it ourselves. I really wonder what they're thinking sometimes!"

"Centurion Hotel Ueno was a complete disappointment, falling short of basic hospitality standards. The deception started right at check-in: the room was explicitly advertised and booked as a ”Casual Double Bed,” but what we actually received was a cramped single bed. This blatant misrepresentation immediately compromised the comfort of our stay. The lack of care extended into the bathroom, which was a major letdown. The sink and shower area were marred by very bad, visible marks that made the entire space feel neglected and unhygienic. For a hotel that positions itself in a convenient location like Ueno, the absolute disregard for accurate room descriptions and rigorous housekeeping is unacceptable."
