The staff were very friendly and efficient, the breakfast buffet was incredible, the rooftop lounge was a nice bonus, the twin room was spacious, and the location was great - it was a very quiet area with a beautiful (and free) garden just across the street, a picturesque river right beside it, and a short walk to the train station that was one stop away from a station that can connect you to the rest of Tokyo."

I was thrilled to finally book it—especially after finding such fantastic pricing for my spring trip. It turned out to be the perfect blend of nostalgic comfort and boutique luxury. Why I Loved My Stay * The Perfect Location: It is conveniently located right opposite the 24-hour Peacock supermarket and Hustle Ramen closing at 4am; late-night snack never been easier! * Neighborhood Favorites: The hotel is surrounded by great local spots, including the artisan bakery Django, which used to be my absolute go-to when I lived here. * Morning Jog Routine: I loved being right next door to the Sumida River, allowing me to easily rehash my daily morning jogs along the water. * Stunning Botanical Design: The property is beautiful, styled with lush indoor plants, warm wood tones, and a signature relaxing scent. * Delightful Perks: I loved the unique touches like the on-site artisanal chocolate shop and the complimentary aromatherapy bath salt bar for a post-jog soak. * Unbeatable Spring Value: Given how premium the experience felt, the pricing this season was an absolute steal. Some Helpful Tips * Cozy Room Size: Since standard rooms here are quite compact—typical for Tokyo—I usually get lots of hangers from room service to unpack. I store my empty luggage at concierge. "This hotel is excellent. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you feel a comfortable and grand atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, and their English was fluent. Although the room decor is a bit dated, it was exceptionally clean. The connecting room was also very spacious, which is a huge plus in Japan! The hallways have full-coverage surveillance, making me feel very safe and secure. On the 18th floor, there's a vending machine room with a great selection, including various ice creams that the kids loved – a big bonus! The breakfast spread was also extensive, and all the service staff were very polite. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Tokyo."

"The room decor is very new and beautiful, and the window view is nice. There's only one guest room per floor, and the bedding is comfortable. The only downsides are that the location is a bit too remote and quiet, the front desk isn't very welcoming, and the front desk area is very small, requiring self-check-in. There are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so you have to walk a bit. The subway station is a brisk 10-minute walk away."

"Location of hotel is excellent. 3 mins walk from Kinshicho Station. Direct link to Narita. With many malls and eateries all around. I have attached a photo of the view from my room. We stayed one week at the hotel. My friend and I each have our own room and the room facilities and beds are great. We are also very happy with the pricing. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. We will definitely return again. One thing that is lacking: supply of drinking water. The hotel has a very very strict rule of only allocating one bottle of water per person per day. When when we approached the lobby staff to ask for more, one lady staff refused to our request outright. As we booked the club level rooms, we were given access to the club room lounge located on lobby level. Club lounge is small, no comfortable seats; not for long seating and chatting. More like a truck-stop for drinks. Offers only very basic facilities: coffee, tea, small package drinks, basic cookies and cakes. Alcohol and wine were available with tokens. As we do not drink wine or alcohol, we had asked whether we can exchange the tokens for water. Again the lady staff totally refused and she was not even apologetic. We were treated almost like asking for charity. This is only one staff. The rest of the staff were the usual high standard service we find in Japan. So we had to buy drinking water. We returned all the un-used token on our final evening at the hotel and spoke with the manager. He was most apologetic and promised to review the water policy."

"Similar to APA hotel, decent price for family room. The room is a little small for the three of us and all our luggage, but there is a microwave and cutlery etc in the room, and a fridge with a decent freezer section, so that was good. The location is not straightforward to get to for a tourist though, maybe better for if you have a car. It is close to NishiKasai metro station, you can get a limousine bus from the narita to Kasai station which is next door, but these do not seem to run frequently so need to time it well, or be prepared to wait"

"Booked the standard room with the Skytree view for a friend and I. Bedroom was spacious, and bathroom was clean with the provided necessary toiletries; all of which was cleaned up by housekeeping daily. Complimentary water was also refilled everyday. Hotel was also conveniently located a stone’s throw from Kinshicho Station, which was frequented for our day trips. Near the hotel, a couple of convenience stores and chain restaurants can be found as well if you ever need to withdraw cash, get a couple of snacks or grab a quick bite. Staff was accommodating and friendly to requests, especially providing an extra HDMI cable when we needed one to use in our room. We opted for the breakfast buffet as well, which had a good spread of continental and Japanese cuisine. Overall, our stay was really pleasant and we would definitely book here again on the highly likely chance we visit Tokyo again."
