This hostel completely exceeded my expectations! Cleanliness is the absolute highlight: the beds are changed for every guest and are soft and tidy, and the bathrooms and common areas are meticulously cleaned daily with no blind spots, so there's never any unpleasant odor. Even germaphobes can stay here with peace of mind. The overall atmosphere is quiet, guests are considerate, and the soundproofing is excellent, making it easy to rest during the day and sleep soundly at night. The only minor drawback is the lack of an elevator, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. However, the overall value for money and experience are outstanding. Friends who prioritize cleanliness and quietness can confidently choose this place.

This hostel was an amazing experience! The location is super convenient for getting around, the room was clean and fresh with no weird smells, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The common areas were cozy and well-equipped, and the staff were warm and attentive. It offers incredible value for money, and staying here made my trip feel really secure and worry-free. Highly recommended!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The sauna, hot tub, and bathing facilities were all perfect, and evening snacks in the lounge were absolutely ideal. The capsules are spacious and clean, and most importantly the capsule rooms are very quiet. I was in an upper bunk, which is what I prefer, and although that puts me closer to the (always-on, dim) room lights, they never kept me up. The storage locker was very big and I really appreciated the way the physical key was tucked inside the room key/wristband, which was convenient. If there's one thing to keep in mind, though, it's that there are no individual shower cubicles on the lodging floors, and I was kind of worried about what I would do if my period came early. That didn't happen, but it's something to keep in mind for longer trips. I stayed six nights, and everything was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located on Chyoda metro line, there are some supermarkets nearby with long business hours so you won't starve returning late. You can use a public elevator to go to the hotel from metro exit 3b, otherwise you'll have to walk uphill. There is a vending machine in the hotel with nice instant noodles and beer. The hotel offers nice treats like macarons and donuts, as well as good face lotion etc. Breakfast is quite good. Our room had a view on a cemetery but who cares. The beds were a bit on the harder side but clean, without any unpleasant smell. Overall, the hotel offers a very good value for the price.

Well located near a train station, with a famous fox temple nearby and good local food.. checkin and checkout process was easy and seamless.. beds were clean and comfortable, with free ear plugs provided toilets were closed for cleaning from 10am to 4pm.. this seems like the standard for most hostels/ capsule places.. they had a small foyer for regular folks but its not too big and sometimes crowded

Beyond being a bit of a walk from the subway, everything else was impeccable. The room was spacious, and the corner glass windows offered great views. The tower building was affordable, unlike the main building which was out of my price range. The garden was expansive, though the cherry blossoms weren't in full bloom yet, so there weren't many flowers. The lower floors are all shopping malls; you can spend a lot of time just wandering around the hotel, from the tower to the main building. It's a great way to pass the time.

The hotel's location in Roppongi is excellent, making it super convenient to get to nearby attractions. The National Art Center, Azabudai, and Roppongi Hills Observation Deck are all within a 10-minute walk. Plus, there are three famous ramen shops and three drugstores nearby; the Don Quijote being open 24 hours is a huge plus. The room itself is a bit small, and breakfast is quite simple, but overall, it offers good value for money.

Honestly, I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hostel... But I'd like to point out that it was clean, the women's dorm had plenty of sinks, and the capsule itself had a curtain. Cons: 1. A huge negative for me is that the kitchen is only open from 8-9 a.m.; I'm not there during that time. I couldn't get in for four days, and the kitchen is important to me because I often cook for myself. 2. There's no common area/lounge area, so I had to eat outside by the door, in the cold. It's terrible. 3. You have to enter a code everywhere, on every door and even in the elevator. I was constantly afraid of losing my key with the codes. 4. Luggage storage is also only available until 9 a.m., which is inconvenient. Overall, if you don't need a kitchen, it's fine. If you do, it's a poor choice.

Everything was good overall, but the bed is on the 9th floor while the locker is on the 4th floor, so it’s quite troublesome if you need to grab something. Also, if you want to go out for a while, you have to go to the counter to change the key, which is quite inconvenient. On top of that, there is only one lift, so you need to wait some time to go up and down, which makes it even more troublesome.

This is a brand new hotel. It still has that new hotel smell. The location is great because it is very quiet and calm. There are a lot of restaurants nearby in walking distance. There are also convenience stores nearby in walking distance. The train stations are also close by and depending on the line it may take 5-10 minutes walking. The rooms are a bit on the small size so there isn’t a lot of room to have all your bags open and spread out. The bed is tall enough so that you can fit large size luggage underneath for stowage. Since there isn’t much space you have to be strategic with the items you will have out and that you will use. There are different types of rooms, the room with the tub has an amazing bathroom. In this room the bathroom is spacious. The bidet is perfect with the heated seat. The bath is spacious enough to fit 2 people at once. The air conditioner works perfect and it kept me cool. There is also a coffee maker in room. There is a mini fridge in room. There is a safe in room. There is a good quality hair dryer in room. There is a big flat screen TV that you can connect your Bluetooth to play music. There are a few hangers but there isn’t much space for hanging clothes. There is a mini display that is AI powered that can make calls to the front desk and other things. There is a glass bottle that is filled with water and if you need to refill it you do it downstairs next to the front desk. There is a microwave in the lobby next to the front desk that you can use to warm up food. There are about 5 outlets in the entire room and also a USB C plug. Room service is done every other day. On those days they make your bed, clean your entire room, provide fresh towels, provide fresh sleeping gowns, and take out the trash. On the days that they do not provide room service they will leave a fresh set of towels next to your door. The bed is extremely comfortable, the blanket is cozy and will keep you warm, and for the pillows there are both soft and firm. In this room one person with 3 pieces of luggage will fit comfortably or two people with 3 pieces of luggage total. Overall I had a great experience, I had a great stay, the staff they are all really nice and helpful, and I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.
