"This hotel is right off the exit to Venice. It has excellent underground parking and clean rooms. The breakfast, for Italy, is just okay – not much variety. It's a 3-minute walk to the water bus, and route number 2 (which goes along the Grand Canal to St. Mark's Square in one direction, and around the island from the lagoon side to St. Mark's Square in the other) is super convenient."

"The room was a bit small. It's located on the new island, about a 10-20 minute walk to get to the main part of Venice and other major attractions, which includes going up and down bridges. Luckily, the paths on the new island are very smooth with no steps, making it easy to pull luggage. The hotel is popular and clean. Overall, I think it's probably more convenient than staying on the main island and lugging your bags around, and it's much closer than staying in the city center."

"The hotel breakfasts are absolutely fantastic! There's a huge variety of pastries to suit every taste. The selection is superb. The room itself might not be stylish or Instagrammable, but it's clean and comfortable. My bathroom was freshly renovated, which I really appreciated. The location is ideal. The train station is just across the canal, and the bus station is on the other side."

"The hotel has a lift, but there are a few steps leading up to it. The shower screen in the bathroom is too short, so water easily splashes onto the floor. Breakfast is provided and is standard. It's close to the train station, but you have to cross a bridge to reach the hotel. You need to return your room card every time you leave. The area is safe, with restaurants nearby, and there are police and military personnel stationed at the train station."

"Since the hotel is located on the main island of Venice, it is very close to the Venetian style environment and feels pleasant, but the biggest drawback is that the bridge on the main island is basically without ramps, which is not suitable for bringing suitcases. The inbound and outbound journeys are basically a lot of physical labor. The hotel does not have an elevator, if you live on the 1st to 3rd floor you have to move your own suitcase up and down, once you enter the room lights are dim, the bedroom is old, but the toilet is bright and clean, but stayed two nights to find that these are not important. The staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel felt down-to-earth and now friendly, the breakfast was good, the coffee was good, it was feeling the temperature of a Venetian."

"This was one of the most expensive hotel we have paid for during our Italy trip but the one with the worst check-in experience. As we saw reviews on Google that luggage has been stolen before with no camera to track, we wanted to lock our 2 luggages together for storage as the room was not ready. But the hotel staff became really defensive and did not allow us to do so, claiming that it’s difficult for him to handle for storage. The hotel even provided a slip that hotel declines all responsibilities of baggages. They do not want to bear responsibilities yet did not allow us to take basic precautions with our belongings. After sometimes debating with the reception and the staff, they finally allowed us to do so but gave really black faces even when we try to take picture of our luggages in the lobby. Upon returning from our long day of walk, the positive note is that the reception and the staff handling our luggages have a much more positive attitude and were more helpful. There were a lot of small stairs to our room so the staff assisted with the luggages. The main good thing is that this hotel is really near to Venezia Santa Lucia station and you do not need to carry luggages for a long distance across bridges. Facility is actually quite old and basic but at least clean. Breakfast view next to canal is good. Recommend for a short 1 night stay at Venice but we will likely not return again."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Vienna. The location was perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh food, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice and would be happy to stay here again."

"Hotel staff for morning shift was really helpful. Room was basic, smallish with not enough space to open luggage. Theres a side gate that is accessible to hotel guests after midnight daily. Theres a water taxi pickup drop-off point right in front of hotel lobby (see pic) Theres a small fish stall opened daily each morning if u wana see some local markers in action (see pic). no air con during winter, have to open windows. Construction ongoing at front door of hotel lobby. Nice seafood pasta at trattori pointo located right next door but be prepared for aloof service."

"This hotel is great because it's close to Santa Lucia Station, so you don't have to drag heavy luggage over bridges. The room was simple but clean, and daily housekeeping was provided. Check-in was smooth. They also offer luggage storage before check-in. Just be aware that luggage storage is only available until 6:00 PM, so plan your check-in accordingly. The room had a nice view since it was riverside. Plus, there were many highly-rated restaurants along the river, so finding a place to eat was never an issue. On the downside, the nearby restaurants stayed open late, and I could hear people talking in my room. Also, there was no complimentary water (it was a minibar setup). So, I recommend buying water and other necessities beforehand at a store like Coop."
